The more you draft, the better you get. I used to spend hours at rapiddraft.com but it looks like they're out of commission. Free sites like yahoo and espn tend to attract less knowledgable managers - what else do you use?

I use FF Calculator and ESPN.
The problem with this mock draft sites though is lots of people draft based on the site's rank listing. So all my real drafts are nowhere close because in these mocks guys just look at the top 5 available players according to the site and often just pick one of them.

For the serious Mock Drafting, there is Ant Sports.
Get done a few regular Mocks, then you can qualify for the Serious Mock Drafts.
You can select league size, scoring style (performence, PPR, etc) & TE required options.

I used antsports quite a bit in the past but did not last year for some reason (think I did more mock drafting at ffcalculator).Went to Antsports recently and there were some negative posts in the forum about the site last year - is there anything to be concerned about? Granted the complaints were aimed more at league related concerns than anything else but I was surprised as I had never had much problem there in the past.

Unless antsports has changed formats their mocks take to long for me. 12 hours each pick and there are people that will take the full 12 hours. I myself have been using yahoo a lot this year. The system is really friendly and people actually stay for at least 9-10 rounds and will talk during the draft. ESPN has a lot of no shows or people leaving after 3 rounds. I don't need to know what people think of those rounds I want to see the later round strategy. Also in the past I have use mockdraftcentral.

I'm in one of the big money leagues (well, big for me anyway) and I didn't have any problems. I will grant that sometimes the customer service is a little slow, but overall, Steve does a good job over there with things.

Thanks - good to hear. I never realized that it was a 1 man show over there but always enjoyed what time I did spend there. Will need to check into it a little more this season.

It always seems to me the majority of people at all the mock draft sites listed so far don't know what they are doing, they should be used for entertainment purposes only. I like getting a group of people I know &/or from here together & do free draft only leagues at MFL for mock purposes.
