I'd watch probably 90% of the ideas in this thread.

George gets serious enough with a woman to give her his Netflix password. His recently watched is full of action movies even though the woman has said she never watches action movies. George schemes a way to prove that she gave his password to someone else. George confronts her only to find out that Kramer and Bania sold software to netflix that confuses users recently watched queue.

The gang all receive applications to join AARP in the mail the same day.  George and Kramer join while Jerry and Elaine are in denial about their age and refuse.  George and Kramer enjoy all the benefits they can and flaunt them in front of Jerry and Elaine. Finally willing to face their own mortality, they join, but by then George and Kramer are bored with how little it really matters belonging to AARP and let their memberships lapse.  The last shot of the episode features the latest issue of AARP Magazine, with Jerry on the cover.
.... after they all move down to Del Boca Vista

George realizes he doesn't need Jerry as an inroad to NBC; he's his own inroad!  He pitches them his life story and calls it 'The Costanza Chronicles'. Tina Fey happens to be passing by the meeting and makes the off-the-cuff comment 'He should just have cameras follow him around everywhere.' The execs overhear it and 'Consanza' is born. He gets carte blanche in choosing his cast, so he quickly tosses aside the old gang and hires Kenny Bania to play his accountant/best friend, Kathy Griffin as Bania's wife, and Rob Reiner resurrecting his iconic role as Mike Stivic from All in the Family. It's revealed in the pilot that the Costanzas and Stivics lived on the same street in Queens, and part of the reason Mike was so over the top liberal was seeing George grow up made him weep for the future.
In part 2 of this arc, George convinces the show producers to give Jerry a walk-on part in his show.  Jerry is cast as a the man who hits George's car and in lieu of a financial settlement, he agrees to become George's butler. In the scene in which George tells Mike Stivic about the arrangement, Rob Reiner launches into a tirade about the country's history of slavery and walks off the show, leaving its future in doubt.  Jerry and Kramer both angle to replace Reiner on the show, but the part is completely re-written and Mickey Abbott is cast as George's old neighborhood buddy.

Part 3 begins with Jerry and Elaine catching up in the coffee shop when a disheveled J. Peterman burst in and tells Elaine that he has sold his company to Amazon, has been celebrating for the last 2 days and asks Elaine to go with him to Fiji. Without missing a beat, she hops up and they run out together, barely missing Kramer coming in, looking unusually well-groomed. Kramer informs Jerry that his mother died and he has to go to Albuquerque to settle her affairs. Meanwhile, on the set of Costanza!, NBC producers are meeting with Mickey, where they ask him to do his lines with an English accent.  Cut back to Jerry, leaving the coffee shop. He hails a cab and ends up sharing it with Tina Fey.  They talk about their respective appearances on the Tonight Show. Tina asks Jerry if he wants to grab some pie. Jerry ditches the show and the episode ends with the cast and crew of Costanza! standing around, waiting.

Part 4 of the arc begins with George's parents arriving on set and a fight breaks out over their exclusion from the show. MIckey's dad has also shown up to with his son good luck, but demands Mickey quit the show when he learns the anti-dentite Jerry Seinfield is on the show. Kramer accidentally scatters his mothers ashes by sneezing when he opens the urn they're kept in while still at the funeral home. Elaine and Peterman marry on the beach in Fiji, but both appear apprehensive after saying their vows. While in his dressing room before shooting the pilot begins, Jerry is watching Entertainment Tonight, where they're doing a piece about Tina Fey announcing a new show called Comedians in Taxis getting pie. Her first guest is Rob Reiner.

George is interviewed on the street by local media about how bad the Knicks are. His rant goes viral so Fox Sports fires Shannon Sharpe and hires George to be on Undisputed with Skip Bayless. George refuses to move to LA and does the show remotely from his parents’ basement. During one episode, Frank interrupts and goes on his own rant about Dak Prescott, leading to Frank being hired and a three-man show. Both George and Skip don’t like having Frank on the show and plot to have him fired by baiting Frank into using a racial slur on air.

Kramer:  What's the deal with bitcoins?  I don't want bits of coins... I want whole ones!

Jerry: That's awful

Kramer: It's as good as anything you do!

Kramer develops apparent incurable male pattern baldness and blackmails George into kidnapping Ron Popeil.

Hijinx ensue, Kramer is cured, Popeil is released, and at the end of the episode, George in his forgetfullness finally realizes the cruel irony that he too could have been cured of his baldness. Popeil dies after choking on a Poptart the next day.

Kramer starts a hydro grow in his apt experimenting with exotic kush. The smell is so strong he worries about security. He ingeniously begins fertilizing with Summer's Eve and eliminates the odors. He produces a new strain, "No Stink Bud" that becomes a big hit on the street.

Jerry finds that his new streaming show, "Drinking shots with stars and driving" is leading to his car collection diminishing rapidly.

George notices a new little person living in his building and finds he has a midget fetish. He loves how many he can get into his bed at a time.

Elaine dreams of becoming President and starts poli/sci online classes. She finds a buy a diploma website and suddenly she graduates. Her political career is about to launch and her catch phrase is, "me too what?"

-Kramer protests in NYC but won't wear the mask and is accosted by the same pair who stole the armoire and enforced the red ribbons.

-George meets a protestor and begins dating her, only to discover she is simply using him as a side piece to her lesbian relationship with a much more beefy mate.

-Elaine falls in love with a Police Officer who saves her in a crowd of protestors. She is now an outspoken Vegan, the police officer tries to downplay his love of red meat but Kramer has a stockpile of steaks in his FULL SIZE freezer sitting in his living room and gives the cop a couple of them who is then caught red handed by Elaine who now must end the relationship even though he is perfect looking.

-Jerry is having germ problems around his building with so many people coming in and out gathering and using the building as a home base for protestor meetings. The leader of this protest group is none other than the beefy lady of course.

You're George and Jerry arcs are spot on. The g/f would drive Jerry bonkers in his apt leading to mayhem. I can see George's face as he tries to remove it. There would have to be some prior back and forth at the coffee shop where some of the conversation(Usual 4) focuses around how ugly she might be since he's never seen her without the mask.

Mishke's gotta be topless at the protest. Newman instantly faints.

Since she won’t remove her mask, George swears she sends her “less attractive” sister in her place half the time

Jerry tries to get his visiting parents out of his apartment before New York begins shelter in place.

Kramer invents a combination mask/hand sanitizer dispenser. Problem is It looks like a KKK hood and he gets beaten up for wearing it at a BLM rally.

George is stressed he will lose his job with the Yankees due to no baseball season. He convinces the staff to pretend there is still a season to fool Steinbrenner. It works.

Puddy and Elaine are shelter in place together and break up and get back together over and over.
