**Monday Night Football - Buccaneers at Lions**(-6, 52.5) 7:00 (1 Viewer)

I'm glad none of the Lions bothered to read the NFL's memo this week on not getting too aggressive on punchout attempts
You're not kidding, I had to look it up
I don't have a beef with the Lions specifically but I have wondered if it wasn't an easy way to "punch" a RB/QB/WR/TE and just say you were going for the ball

Jameson Williams bust of a pick this year my goodness
BTJ & Ladd McConkey would like to have a word with you.
Ladd has had 3 good games in a row and when he is not so good he still gets you like 8-10 pts

Jameson gets you 18 once or twice and 0-2 the other 5 games
Ladd was drafted as a back end WR1, Jamo a front end WR3
I had no idea there were degrees of WR3. I thought the 3 was the degree.
You don't recognize a difference between 25 & 36?
I’m bird blind. All I know is that a duck attacked my entire team & nearly killed several of my men.
I really hope people are watching Peacemaker. Tim Meadows is so good.

Yeah, I guess more and more players have been doing that, and in the video the league released they used a clip of Jack Campbell as an example.

But I could totally see MCDC telling the players, "Be smart about it, but don't you dare stop being aggressive with these type of plays."

Baker’s worst game as a Buc, by a substantial margin.
Of any Bucs fan on these boards I've been the most critical, skeptical and slow to give him a lot of accolades
That said, I don't think he had a chance tonight
No Mauch, No Goedeke, no right side of the OL, no starting RB, No starting WR or not for long, inside the dome

Beat the Saints next week, 6-2 going into the Bye, all Bucs fans would have happily signed up for that
I felt this game was going to be a throw away, the Bucs have been living on the edge lately

Has this been more Alim McNeill coming back? Or missing Olinemen?

It’s easy when you can pin your ears back, but Baker has been pushing all night.

The Hock/Kelce comparison was laughable
It's not exactly the same thing since Otton made a "football move" before the ground knocked the ball out....and he was already down but it's similarish in that Hock made a diving catch and when the football hit the ground NY claimed that was a lack of control.

I'm also salty AF

Not having an healthy offensive line definitely seems worse than not having a healthy secondary.
Yeah, especially when you’re down 2 pro bowl wr’s. But the pressure on Baker has been great. Troy has been glazing Hutch, with good reason, but I wonder if getting McNeill freed him up even more to wreak havoc.

Also TB was very 1 dimensional tonight. They abandoned the run, way too quickly

Yeah, kinda out of necessity. White looked pretty ineffective.

Bucs losing to both the Lions and Eagles.

Huge playoff seeding implications.

Big W for Detroit too, for the same reasons.

Compared to hyper-efficient Baker in the passing game?

You make a good point

Maybe, but 50-12 pass/run in a game that was never more than 2 scores is bad playcalling. 3.8 YPC isn't great, but its not like it was awful.

Sorta backs my theory about Bucky Irving. When he's back, he's right back to 70% or more of the workload. They just value him so much more.
