He was the first guy I mentioned as a late round flyer in the preseason RB thread. Bill Parcells and those who followed after him are not as age prejudice as we are in the SP. Ricky Williams, Ottis Anderson, maybe Larry Johnson is the next in line.

The Miami Herald reports that Dolphins rookie RB Daniel Thomasmissed practice Thursday after he tweaked his hamstring in practice Wednesday. The report says the Dolphins are being cautious right now with Thomas and will continue to assess the hamstring. He is day to day and will be listed as questionable for Week 1 against the Patriots. This could explain why the Dolphins signed RB Larry Johnson on Thursday.

The Miami Herald reports that Dolphins rookie RB Daniel Thomasmissed practice Thursday after he tweaked his hamstring in practice Wednesday. The report says the Dolphins are being cautious right now with Thomas and will continue to assess the hamstring. He is day to day and will be listed as questionable for Week 1 against the Patriots. This could explain why the Dolphins signed RB Larry Johnson on Thursday.

No doubt Hipple but LJ is now a Reggie Bush tweak from being asked to carry it 15-20 times a game...I'm not so sure he isn't already in line for 12-15 with goal line duties. Miami could be in dire straits if they cannot run the football and Chad Henne is forced to put it up 40 ties a game...now thats a scary thought. Tust me Hipple, the boards remind me religiously how much of a non genius I am.
