Ok, tried this over in the FFA first. Got a lot of quick replies, but mostly.....uninformative.

I have always looked forward to the player analysis provided by Ministry of Pain. Well-thought out, reasoned, nicely done.

Alas, I see none of those threads this year. As a matter of fact, I see no posts at all by MOP.

I have been gone awhile from the forums, what did I miss? Where is MOP?

Hi MVP,

I actually did a big write up with Chris Smith on the OLines in the subscriber section of FBG. I would like to do some more preseason threads and I hope to do the RB thread again this year. The shortened off season has left me leaning on many vets this year. I think the rookies and even 2nd/3rd year players missed out on a lot this past off season. I will also be doing weekly game recaps with Bloom's Army again this year. I really enjoyed it last year as it allowed me to get a lot deeper into why teams were struggling or succeeding.

There are threads written by others on RB sleepers, late round WRs, early round WRs, taking a QB early, draft slots, player profiles( 100+ with Jason Wood and the SP responses). Slightly new format this year so I won't tell you to just hit search. I search for things sometimes that I know are on this site and still cannot find them.

You can always PM me if you have something specific.

What topics would you and others like to read? I can fire up a thread but I've been trying to not add clutter or repetitive topics.

I will also be doing weekly game recaps with Bloom's Army again this year. I really enjoyed it last year as it allowed me to get a lot deeper into why teams were struggling or succeeding.

We don't list authors of our recaps, but MOP's are always very very strong. His style is somewhat distinctive, so you might be able to pick him out - look for his work on Dolphins games.

Hey MOP. thanks for the quick reply. Not looking for anything specific, just always enjoyed reading your analysis. Draft coming up tomorrow anyway, so it is getting right down to the wire now anyway.
