Agreed. He should have had a monster day. The oline is terrible as well so that's restricting him. Still, he's just not making a lot of throws he should.

I actually own Luck in redraft this year (so I have as much reason to hate him as anyone), and still don't think this is even remotely close to true. & I actually did (pre draft last year) and still do believe in Teddy.

I'm a big Bridgewater fan but this is silly. Bridgewater's ceiling is a healthy Chad Pennington (and that's a bigger compliment than it appears if you delve into his individual numbers and his team's success when he was healthy). Luck's ceiling is Aaron Rodgers - he's likely not going to quite reach that ceiling.

Luck's every bit as smart as Teddy is and he's the far superior arm talent and overall athlete. It's really not even close.

Yes, he does. Not much better but you are right. Maybe I should have said his ceiling is a bit above a healthy Pennington.ETA: Pennington's arm strength (which was never strong) dismissed after his shoulder injuries so the "healthy" part of the equation comes even more into play.

Yeah. Brees wasn't a world beater his first few years. Undersized he worked his ### off and became a master at timing and intermediate accuracy. Teddy has the accuracy (usually) and is a very hard worker.

I understand this. While I like his odds to have a solid career, I think his ceiling being that high is ambitious.

The offensive line is really bad. I think Teddy is going to be good but not elite. He is good enough to win a superbowl but I don't think he will ever be an elite fantasy QB.
