So you're completely ignoring all the red flags I pointed out on this stock.....good luck to you then. I actually hope you're right, for your financial well-being.
Courtesy bump to make sure my financial well-being is still OK. +12,500 so far with this one. Yep, Financial well-being still ok.
Again, with the financial well-being crap....would you have preferred I said "investment portfolio" or "short-term day-trading strategy?" Nothing about how I said that I hoped you were right. Actually, considering all the people that are following your lead on this stock, I'm hoping everyone makes boatloads. I hope you're just having fun with me, rather than just simply being a jerk. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt considering your "owner" status. If you scroll back to the beginning, all I did was to give you some the reasons Paragon's stock price was being held back. When there was no response from you, I assumed you were ignoring any contrarian positions. You stuck to your analysis, and now seem to be reaping the benefits. Again, I say good luck, and hope, for your sake (I still don't know what's wrong with saying that), that it holds up, and you keep "bumping" how much money you've made.

Stubby, none of us mind hearing different positions on stock, in fact most of us value it. I think he is just playing.

Wow, wish I had gotten in on this thread about 3 days earlier. Would have been a nice boost for someone just starting out. I probably would have bought 1,000 shares.

Nice job to you all!

4300 shares of PRGN split between a couple of accounts. Around $3.50 average price.

Thanks for the head's up on this one and FEED about a month ago.

I am leaving the house as there is WAY TOO MUCH PRESSURE on wanting to sell and take this huge gain. I will be back after the market closes.
This is only bad if the stock only goes up. I was really temped when I couldn't get back in at 4.20, to sell at 4.37-4.40 and just start over tomorrow.

OK back here. I see the after-market went a little nuts, but that doesn't matter. And no I did not sell any shares. In for the journey here.

Great PRGN call today David. Scarily accurate prediction.
I have been hovering on this stock for awhile, because I could not understand why it always lagged the other Dry Shippers with such a great balance sheet, P/E, etc. But yes it does feel good to hit this one. Hopefully it stays up for all of us.

Kind of a nothing day today as I just added some stock and sold nothing...LOL

Year to Date Profit = $55,995

Today's Realized Gains/Losses = 0

Unrealized Gains/Losses:

Holding 25,000 PRGN at 3.63 (Closed at 4.28)

back up to $4.22....
At these volumes, the values are meaningless.
Explain this to me like I just got started wanting to trade stocks.
After HoursSo 23,000 shares traded hands to set these prices. Volume for the real trading day was 1.75 Million shares: Google Finance
Thanks, this is just a giant learning process. Funny thing is I'm graduating from school in less than two weeks with an accounting degree. I can tell you about every single thing on a B/S and I/S but I have no idea how the market moves or what types of indicators there are.

I tracked this stock all day because of this thread and almost pulled the trigger when it dipped into the $3.78-$3.82 range and hovered there for almost an hour. I chickened out and missed the boat. This stock looks very sound financially - good luck to all who got in. If it dips below $4 I may jump in, but I think this thing may be set for takeoff.....

Looks like oil is going higher:

API Report

NEW YORK, May 5 (Reuters) - U.S crude and gasoline inventories fell unexpectedly last week, the American Petroleum Institute said in their weekly report Tuesday.

The crude draw of 1 million barrels reported by the API was against analyst expectations of a 2.2-million-barrel build. Gasoline stockpiles, which had been expected to climb 700,000 barrels, instead fell 2.9 million barrels, the API said.

Distillate stocks rose 1 million barrels, however, in line with analyst expectations.

And Pakistan is getting sketchy again, too.

BAC needs $34 billion more (ouch) and GM is prepping a 1 - 100 reverse split. This should start the snowball rolling down the hill.

lets go faz!lets go!clap clapNeed a big faz day tomorrow!
:doh:My logic for dipping a toe into FAZ was the ridiculous optimism that propped up the banks on Monday. That close wasn't based on anything rational. I'm not rooting for bad news on the stress test, but it does seem as though there is a lot of smoke and mirrors here. Financials are hardly out of the woods.

I was thinking the same thing. But then I ask myself the quesiton why is FAZ trading at an all time low? Faz should be on a run up this week heading into the stress tests, not the other way around.

Because all the news was leaked out early. Same reasons stocks rise before their good earnings reports are released. The whole system is corrupt. We play this game knowing that is true and that we can't do anything about it.

Remember when I asked a couple of times for a little more detail on your negative PRGN opinion and you didn't respond? No need to bother now.

Someone on the Yahoo boards is saying that Scottrade is showing PRGN earnings are coming out May 11th. This doesn't make a ton of sense to me as the last report was issued on Mar 18th. But this is is for the first quarter so who knows? Can someone verify if this does indeed say this on Scottrade? Thanks in advance.

Found this on my scottrade account....
