I believe this question came up earlier in this thread. I don't think you can have both sell orders setup at the same time. I know my broker (Wells Fargo) won't let me, as it says I have insufficient shares.My rec (take it for what little it's worth) is to think about averaging down if you really want to get out. If the shelf registration was going to majorly crater this stock, I think we would have seen it yesterday after the news broke.

I never would have guessed I could get so many of my PRGN shares this cheaply. Make me wished I had not bought yesterday, but expected people to view Steelhead's involvement as a huge positive sign. This has been tanking for so many days now that people that were holding just want out at any price. I feel like I am stealing shares at this price. Holding until $4.75+ or earnings, whichever comes first.

I got my full 10,000 at 3.62. And although I want to add more, I am just going to sit on this for a bit. If I can get 3.50 later this week, I may reposition more things and add more.Holding 28K shares at 3.69 now. Giddy to have gotten in so cheap.

Updating: Didn't get out of my other 1,425 trading shares so I am holding those. Will likely try and avg down at some point since the price has fallen below $6 today.Realized Gain of $1,678.17. Very nice, but that was much larger back on June 1st. Rough month.

I think it sounds weird because I said I bought at 6.24 but had a limit order to sell at 6.25... I agree that's weird, but I only put that on there because the stock had dropped and was climbing back up and I just wanted to get out. I didn't have a limit order there before, I was just holding the stock and hoping it would climb.I would average down, but have no funds to do so with. Besides I'd be averaging down my PRGN before I did it with FEED anyway. All my stocks have been sucking over the last month.

When Dodds sent his letter saying ~ 75K, I figured it might be low by the time earnings come along. I didn't think we would have over 75K a month ahead of earnings.

Examined daily charts from every product of Powershares and Proshares (short)...no ultra-funds. Looking for new buy signals on a daily chart.

SBB- Proshres Short Smallcap 600
Though all are buys there isn't a lot of momo in general...and the stop is close to the entry. We just might be flatlining for a while in summer trading doldrums.
Taking into account some comments about my site, I figured the best way to utilize it is to look at the diversity of ETF funds and make buy/sell recommendations based off a daily chart...in addition to the LT investor charts on the major indexes. I'll begin to refine the ETFs in play as well.
Trades should last a few weeks to a few months.
