Early bird discount, yes.There are discounts available for referring leagues to MFL. But that discount cannot be used to refer existing leagues.
Yeah, I know about the early bird one.I just created a new league 2 months ago and was wondering if on top of the early bird discount I would get a discount from FBG or if when you click on the FBG discount you create the league from that point so it would have to be a brand new league?

Just paid for mine. Click the Footballguys link which takes you to the homepage. Search for your 2009 already created league. For Commissioners > Purchase League.$89.95 - $20.00 Early Bird Discount (before 6/10/09) - $10.00 FBG discount = $59.95 total price...can't beat it!

subscriptions to FBG really should be 1 year ... or at least through the start of training camp. its may and i already have to re-up when i just paid in like august? seems like i have to renew every 8 months ... its worth it. i'm just saying, though.

"the season" generally starts around the NFL draft, and runs thru the NFL Super Bowl, for those of us in playoff leaguesso, in essance, it only is 8 or 9 months longbasically, once you pay you're "IN" until that's yrs SB game is played...which, quite frankly, is as fair as fair can get

I was going from the front page into the subscribe page instead of to the subscriber content.Sweet, $20 early bird + $10 FBG discount + $10 multi-league means $50 per league after the first. 1/3 the price of CBS leagues with a similar early bird discount.coolnerd said:

I just got an e-mail that the $20 discount has been extended until June 15th. Create your league and it should be in bold red text at the top somewhere.
Here is part of the e-mail I got
"The early bird discount deadline for MyFantasyLeague.com has been extended! If you haven't paid for your league already, you still have time to save $20 if you purchase your 2009 league by Monday, June 15th, 2009! Full pricing details are available on our Purchase page. We also have a multi-league discount, so you can save an additional $10 on your second (and any additional) leagues."

I wanted to point out that the link for the MFL discount is kind of in a hidden place (http://subscribers.footballguys.com/2009/page2.php). The only way I've found to get to that page from the home page is to explicitly go through the login id and password method of logging in.
The problem is, once you've done that once and saved it in your browser, you never need to do the explicit login again so you never see that page again. You just start at the home page and go straight to Articles, Forecast, or whatever other subscriber content you want, and your saved password lets you in.
It might be good to put the link some other places in the subscriber area that people are more likely to see.
