NBA 2012-13 Back to the Future League (2 Viewers)

Ugh.

Having trouble making a 2 man list. Really tough building around Rondo as my first pick. He's one of the few elite PGs that doesn't have 100% effectiveness at the 2 spot.

Kyle Lowry, PG

PG-Lowry

SG-Harden

SF-Thompson

PF-

C-Gasol
This is one of the two guys I'm trying to trade up for. I realize Toronto stinks and I'm a big Rockets bias'er, but Lowry is a darn good PG and plays solid defense. I don't know if his D will show up in a WIS league (I'm still sort of vague on how it works) but when healthy he is a 14/6/4 guy, which is really good for a guard this late in the draft. Then agani, this report (from this morning) says he could be sidelined indefinitely with a leg injury.

4.8 SG/SF Evan Turner

The perimeter options are really thin and filed with specialist now. Evans isn't really a specialist at anything, well except for rebounding, and without a jumper he's pretty poor fit next to Rondo. However, he's also one of the few perimeter players left that has the potential to be his team's primary perimeter scorer.

This is his 3rd year in the league, Iggy is gone, and Bynum is there to draw attention away. It's now or never for the former 2nd overall pick. There are wing players left that have higher floors and fit better next to Rondo, but you don't get any where paying it safe so I'm hoping he turns into a stud.

PG Rondo

SG Turner

SF

PF Z. Randolph

C A. Davis

Please pm next person. I'm on my phone and just so happened to wake up to take a piss. Going back to sleep now.

Turner was basically 13/7/3 as a starter last season and improved a great deal after the All Star break when his minutes inched up. I agree that it will be interesting to see if he is able to benefit from Bynum being down low.

Well, I'm kind of on tilt due to the Lowry pick, so I'm going for upside in the capital.

Bradley Beal, SG

Beal will add perimeter shooting, maybe chip in a few assists and steals. He's outplaying xxxxx for the starting SG spot imo, and if he doesn't start at the beginning of the year, he will shortly thereafter.

PG - ????

SG - Beal

SF - George

PF - Bargnani

C - Chandler

Eh.

TUP wants Ryan Anderson, PF
 My list is decimatedColin, you still looking to move up
Nope. That was the guy. Ridiculous that a player with 17/7 and big time 3pters slid to the 82nd pick. Dude was a top-25 player last year and was in the top 40 of every rankings list I can find. I don't care if he was traded and if he's coming off the bench at the moment, he's a TREMENDOUS value this late.

Well, that would do it. Still, it's a nice pick at this point.

out and about. someone pm next guy. Kyrie Irvingyep
Great pick. I knew he wouldn't fall to me but 20 seems about 5 spots too low IMO.
Debated between him and Rondo. KYRIE should improve but his defense is atrocious. If he was even close to being as mediocre defensive player I would have taken him.
In the wacky world of WIS, Kyrie is a mediocre defensive player. D rating of 49 last season.
How do I access WIS rankings for last year, please? I have trouble navigating that website. I will not make my picks until I know the exact methodology for ranking players, no matter how long that takes. Right now I have no clue.

With the Chris Kamans of the world going a half round ago, I'm amazed he was still around this late.
Plantar fasciitis. That's one of those injuries that linger and can only be healed with time. Many basketball and football players lose seasons because of it.

Boozer is a good pick this late. He's a goat to many Bulls fans and is certainly overpaid, but he still manages to put up decent numbers and can manage about a 20 PER in the regular season. He seems to particularly excel against bad teams.
