NBA League Pass - Couple of Questions (1 Viewer)

On The Rocks

Footballguy
I'm considering signing up for the NBA League Pass and wondering if it's worth the money.

Does anyone know what the the mid-season discount is?  And when does League Pass begin offering it?  (yeah, at mid-season, but I'm wondering if that's the exact time it starts).

We've cut our cable down to a minimum level of service, that does not include The NBA Network, ESPN, TNT, or TBS.  As I understand it, if a game I want to see is played on these networks, the game you want to see is blacked out on League Pass.  Is that true?

The reviews of the NBA app - for streaming games are not favorable.  I guess that's an option, but I would want to be sure the streaming isn't going to suck.

TIA

1) Last year it started 1/18 for $99 (http://www.multichannel.com/prfeed/nba-league-pass-cable-launches-half-season-package-week-long-free-preview-january-18-24/396564)

2) What Games Are Affected By Blackouts?

Live, locally televised games are not available for viewing live on NBA LEAGUE PASS. Blackout restrictions include your local NBA team(s) and all nationally telecast games.

3) Supposedly they have made some changes  to the mobile streaming, FWIW: https://techcrunch.com/2016/10/24/nba-league-pass-is-launching-mobile-view-to-make-it-more-enjoyable-to-watch-games-on-your-phone/
