*NBA THREAD* Abe will be missed (7 Viewers)

Seriously... James was all over Durant. How was that NOT a foul. GB the NBA :lmao:
Stop it.....they were all over the heat too....and the foul if it as to be called...before the shot. The heat had a foul to give.Stop it.1-1
It was a foul. Doesn't matter if they had a foul to give. Everyone on earth knows they call that if it's lebron with the ball. The heat won, fine. Game is over. But it was a foul.

My favorite part is how he types the 1-1 at the end, as if nobody knew.
You guys have no sense of humor.None.Relax.

Fun series so far, I hope it can keep up for 4 or 5 more games. Without a real rooting interest this series has been all I could ask for.

21 fouls for both teams:shrug:
I'm marking this down. We'll see if the fouls are even when in Miami. Give me odds that the fouls will not be even and I'll throw down a pretty penny.Game 1Miami 19OKC 16Game 2Miami 21 foulsOKC 22 fouls Game 3OKC 33Miami 16

I think the no-call there was in the Thunder's favor. That's about as good of a shot as you can hope for, and Durant got it off clean. He just missed it.

Why were the fouls even tonight? Heat were by far the more aggressive team, while OKC settled for many jump shots. Just by that measure alone, Miami should've had MORE calls than OKC. The whole idea of matching number of fouls showing a fairly called game is asinine.

So after whining about the refs all night, now the refs are biased because of what you think will happen in the future?
Not whining, don't care about the NBA prima donnas. Its easy to win when the officiating is tipped towards one side.

Wade body-checked the hell out of Westbrook on that follow-up.
It was Bosh. Not really a foul in that situation though
Hmm, been like that the whole game so I guess Miami never fouls. Seems about right.

Not complaining about the refs here but this argument/response is a pet peeve of mine. Fouls aren't supposed to be equal. They don't have to call one on team a because they just called one on team b.

Yeah...you really are.And you follow up claiming you are not whining...by whining more.

Great game. Lots of contact on Durant - he's supposed to get that call. But, and I think he'd admit it, the contact didn't really effect the shot. He had a clean look from 7-8 feet, no hand in his face. He has to knock that down.

I know everyone hates Van Gundy, but it really is a make or miss league. Miami made a couple more shots than OKC did tonight. That's the difference.

Yes, because that's what's going on in here.Really. 1-1

That is not a foul. Good god folks. Let them play a little bit.
You are kidding, right? He had his left arm pinning Durants right.
It was before the shot. Durant had a clean look. Would have been a cheap way to end it.
And it would have been a none shooting foul. I'd bet OKC would take that look instead of having to inbound with just a couple seconds left.
I agree here. Tough to think they're going to get a better look even with the contact. I think Durant made his move a little early but it allows for a potential followup shot.

Clutch FT's
But- but- it's LeBron! He can't make clutch shots in the final seconds. Unpossible!
Ill ask again, I've still yet to have anyone explain to me why so many lakers fans have a massive hardon for lebron. What's the scoop? I see it on this forum, on other forums, on Facebook, he'll even the 2 lakers fans I know in Memphis are huge lebron homers ever since LA was clipped.
 tim was making fun of LeBron haters here.

Lakers fans around here seem to hate him. Maybe bc Ferris said he was better than Kobe about five years ago.
