Maybe Florida isn't quite as untested as originally thought based on their schedule. 24 teams still alive in the tourney, Florida played 10 games against them.

Anyone who thinks they are untested is looking at it from their #####. They were the #1 seed for a reason, and have more experience than basically every team. Its ridiculous that a power conference team has 4 seniors this talented.

Wow, Nova lost? Nice hit truck
Watched it at my in-laws for party for FIL and wife. Stood in the back of the room like a maniac the entire 2nd half, would've been bad news if they lost. Watching your team lose amongst other people who really care is OK because you're in it together, watching it when people are kind of watching is torture.

MIL walked in with like 1:30 to go when they're salting it away at the line and says "Oh, UCONN's on?" :lmao:

UNC or Niang-less ISU, there are much worse draws. :hifive:

Saw my friend and his baby for the first time in ages. They cut the cable, so I spent time in his den watching parts of the first and second halves on the computer. Nice win. Napier going down scared me like A.J. Price going down against SD. But a good night for for the Huskies.

Listening to the Westwood One feed, and Jesus Christmas, is P.J. Carlesimo painful to listen to. Dude sounds like he's gargling gravel.
Thompson and his partner are worse. Listening to the end of the Duke game, one possession after the press turned them over. "There's the pass...(2 seconds of silence/moaning/humming)...and he reaches back and makes the lay up"

Here's a tip. If your wife mentions that a player is really ugly, don't respond "Yeah, but I'll bet he still gets tons of poon".

I never liked or hated **** Vitale until today. He gives his pick for the most likely double digit seed to advance today and he picks Tennessee. What a crock.

There weren't many choices. If he did not pick that game he had to pick Stanford..
Stephen Austin or don't make a pick, but picking a game with 2 double digits seeds is cheesy.
He did not think SFA has a realistic chance. UCLA is playing good ball, so he has a point.

Since when does "most likely to advance" equal "go out on a limb"? Tennessee is playing the best of the double digit seeds right now and has the easiest matchup.

If I ask you to pick a surprise team that might win the Super Bowl next year you might say Detroit. But if I ask you who's the most likely to win the Super Bowl, you're not going to pick them.

Shockers are going to embarrass Kentucky and earn the respect nobody is giving a team that has won 35 in a row, after a final 4 run last year with the same group of players.

Quite possible. Kentucky is capable of playing like a top 10 team or an NIT team. Wichita State is one of the elite teams. If Wichita State shakes up Kentucky early, they could blow them out of the building.

This is why you hate Vitale? There's a solid 100 better reasons to hate him than this and really this isn't even a legitimate reason.

The Shockers/UK game is the perfect example of why an older Europe league caliber group of talent that has played together for years is much better than a younger group of future NBA players thrown together for 6 months.

Take this exact team of UK players and make them play one more year together and they're much more dangerous. WSU getting no love, hope UK gets spanked.

Gators are another example of this.

The only people rooting for UK should be UK fans or people hoping that an E8 matchup of UK and UL will cause the implosion of the state of Kentucky.

I think plenty of people give them respect. They are obviously a very good team. But the 35 in a row doesn't mean much to me. If they played Kansas, Florida or Wisconsin's schedule, do you think they are undefeated?

One of their best win was Tennessee at home by 9. Florida killed Tennessee at home and won by 9 on the road. I guess another way of putting it, if Florida played Wichita States schedule, would they also be undefeated?

Not saying Wichita State wouldn't be one of the best teams in the country had they played KU's schedule but they'd certainly have several losses.

Nobody gives them respect... I haven't heard anyone pick them to the final 4.

I know only Shuke cares but I have them in a F4. I'm sure I could find a few national guys with them in the F4. And that is just with a really unfortunate match up next round.

Actually a very good team to have picked in your brackets. Most everyone has them being upset and they are quite capable of winning it all. That makes them a good percentage play.
