So what's the possession arrow right now?

eta* anyone know where to access that information online. Might be a help for the rest of the tourney.

why in god's name would you EVER get your feet in the position that harrison was in????? he was cross-legged with his left foot about 2 feet in front of his right and the ball stuck right out in front of him.

You know what's strange? Wichita State would be a much better story to me if they hadn't been such baseball pricks back in my formative years of watching college ball.

Ben Christensen.

Both teams shot .542 in the first half. WSU opened up the lead by reducing UK's edge on the boards, getting to the line even more, and benefiting from UK turnovers.

Six-point lead is about what you would expect from what's on paper.

So my wife is a Gator grad and fan. Being a woman, she doesn't see the whole rivalry thing with fsu, or care. She even wore an fsu shirt to the party we went to for the bcs title.

Now she's giving me a hard time saying I need to root for UF in this tournament (did this last year too). This goes against everything I've ever stood for, but it's hard to root against them when it makes her happy. And I don't personally know any doosh Gator fans.

Do I have to root for them? Does this defy sports code?

My answer would have been to never marry her but that shipped has sailed. The only solution is to divorce her.

Give it a few years. She'll probably get tired of me soon.

If you fake it now, she might fake it later.

There's this lady at work who is a FSU alum. She was flashing her FSU 2014 BCS Champs coffee mug all over the place a couple months ago. Flash forward to last weekend, we were in the same room and some conference tourney game was on, and on the bottom line it showed Florida's ranking. She says "did I just see Florida St is the #2 ranked team?". I told her no, its the Gators who are ranked #1 overall, FSU wont even be in the tourney it looks like. She says something along the lines of "Oh, thats fine, I root for all the Florida teams". I just looked back at her and was shuked.

To answer your question, no you do not, and should not, root for them.

What team are you a fan of?

If it's a Gator rival, no way you can root for them. If it's someone else not in the tourney...meh.

I'm an fsu grad.

I try explaining all of this to her and why I hate UF and she looks at my cross eyed. Makes no sense to her.

Women...

Yeah, no way then.

There's no amount of sexual favors my wife could promise me that would make me root for FSU.

Did you leave your eyeballs in that Ferrari, or did you not understand why he bothered to mention Florida's rivalry with FSU?

You probably lost a lot of relationships because "she wouldn't put out", didn't you?

I assumed it had to do with her wearing an FSU shirt to the party and the anecdote on her not caring about fandom of other teams. I also assumed that a Gator and Nole fan would never have been allowed to marry in the first place. Someone explain to me how a state can make it illegal for homosexuals to marry but there are no laws in place for this.

My wife is a duhOSU fan and I root for Penn State (in football). Gloating about a Buckeye loss uts me in the doghouse quicker than anything.

I never compromised my morals, and that's what counts.

Plus I've only ever dated other Gators since I ended up with my college gal.

There's a big gap between rubbing it in and actively cheering for a rival. Just not rooting loudly against the Gators should be enough for his wife.
