So, with Dillon long departed, whos the man behind Moroney. Not sold on his durability. Faulk is a good spot back, not much more than that. They have some rookies, and they have Heath Evans ( :) )

Their recieving core seems impressive, interesting to see how Moss develops (or regresses) there. But this isnt about the recievers, this is about the running game, which seems mighty thin behind Moroney.

The answer is Sammy Morris.

yeah, it's Sammy Morris on paper.

but if Maroney isn't healthy, it'll be Morris/Faulk/H Evans/ and probably some other veteran switching off every down.

It depends on the situation. If Maroney goes down for part of a game or misses a start, I suspect it will be Morris. Belichick loves him--mostly becuase he had a few decent outings aginst NE including a game with 160 yards and a TD last year and another game when he had a couple TD when he was with BUF.

If it got to a point much beyond that, all bets are off and it would be an all out RBBC based on field position, matchups, situations, score of the game, etc. It may even mean a return of the dink and dunk passing game (see the Vikings game last year for what to expect).

Morris, see above posts.

On a related note, I have to say I was impressed with Faulk the few times they asked him to run inside last year.

Sammie Morris is the answer.

But keep a close eye on Justise Hairston during training camp.

He may be a nice pickup for dynasty leagues.
