NE vs IND almost a national TV game (1 Viewer)

With the Oakland game not expected to sell out, that means the Patriots-Colts game will be shown in every TV market in the country except for Houston and Cleveland:

Has a daytime Sunday game ever come this close to being a nationally televised game before? The only reason I looked this up is that I'm in Houston, so now I have to go to a sports bar this Sunday, when I would much rather have watched the game at home!

Sorry, I don't mean to complain...mostly I'm just jealous of the rest of the country. Anyone else in Houston or Cleveland in the same boat as me?

(P.S. I don't want to forget to credit the guy who does the NFL TV map website. Great site and one of my favorites.)

Thank goodness for the blackout no crappy Raiders game and I get to see the game of the year :boxing: Plus Eagles vs Cowpunks Sunday night it's going to be a fun day of football.

Stop. The Pats play the Colts this week? You would think there would be more coverage about this game

I'd rather watch my Browns...

Sucks that the Browns will be on FOX and this is not a 4pm doubleheader week here.

Houston here and not happy.

Does anyone know of an internet site that might broadcast the game? I remember catching part of the HOF game in August that was only on NFL Network, but I'm not sure if that is available again.

I'll pile into a sports bar with 2 million of my closest friends if I have to, but I'd rather catch the game online if possible. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm in the Cleveland market, but will get the game. I get a Columbus CBS station that is showing it.
That was one of the best things about going to OU....multiple markets (Cincy/Columbus) meant lots of football.Who is your provider in Cleveland?

Wouldn't the threat of a blackout by the Oakland Raiders be more effective if they threatened to televise the Oakland game instead of the NE/Indy game? That's probably not how TV contracts work, but they would have a better chance of selling out the stadium if Super Bowl 41.5 was on the line.

You know that feeling when you eat too much candy? Yeah, that sick to your stomach kind of feeling? Well, considering the only talk this week has been this game...it's about the same. It's a regular season game and the attempt to build it up as the game of the century is tiresome at minimum.

Don't care. I'd rather watch the Browns-Fleahawks extravaganza and have the little Directv Sunday Ticket thingie send me my stats at the bottom of the screen. Heck, if things go our way we can be tied for 1st on Monday!

Time Warner. I'm actually between Cleveland and Columbus, but get both Cleveland(WOIO) and Columbus (WBNS) CBS stations. At times it seems like Columbus doesn't exist because Cleveland dominates Columbus here as far as local talk, radio, sports, entertainment, etc.So I get all Browns and Bengals games plus the 1-2 games a week on FOX, and sometimes a doubleheader on CBS. I have 4 tv's.
