Team I am referencing is the Longest Yard in my Signature and I apologize about the length of the post:
My team has been in the Championship 4 of the last 5 years, but it is getting older and I am razor thin at RB. I have been trying to figure out if I should offer up one of my WR's to try to get a RB or do I just hold with what I have and utilize a RBBC approach for this year. My WR's and MJD have carried my team over the last couple of years.
I have offered Multiple trades to unload MJD for 2 RB's from teams that have 3 or more starters and others, but nothing has worked (listed below and I know some are crazy, but was hoping for close counters). I knew they were all long shots, but thought maybe some one would bite.
Injured Reserve offers Boldin, Anquan BAL WR; Year 2010 Draft Pick 1.11
Vandelay Industries, LLC. for Lynch, Marshawn BUF RB;Rice, Ray BAL RB; Year 2010 Draft Pick 3.04
Injured Reserve offers Jones-Drew, Maurice JAC RB; Year 2010 Draft Pick 1.11
Vandelay Industries, LLC. for Charles, Jamal (or Moreno); Lynch, Marshawn, Year 2010 Draft Pick 1.04
Injured Reserve offers Boldin, Anquan BAL WR; Year 2010 Draft Pick 1.11
Paydirt for Greene, Shonn NYJ RB; Year 2010 Draft Pick 1.03
Injured Reserve offers Boldin, Anquan BAL WR
Vandelay Industries, LLC. for Charles, Jamaal KCC RB
Injured Reserve offers Jones-Drew, Maurice JAC RB
the bum for Jackson, Steven STL RB;Stewart, Jonathan CAR RB; Year 2010 Draft Pick 1.09
Injured Reserve offers Year 2010 Draft Pick 1.11; Year 2011 Round 1 Draft Pick from Injured Reserve
Bionic Smurfs for Gore, Frank SFO RB
Injured Reserve offers Year 2010 Draft Pick 1.11
Hickory Huskers for McFadden, Darren OAK RB
So I have two questions and will answer yours
1) Do I try to trade for another RB? If so, do you have suggestions 2) After this year do I blow the team up and try to get youth and draft picks
