Seems appropriate to start from the 50/50 split of rent to calculate the extra payment amount.  An extra 20% is $100, or $400/$600.  You're looking at the end result and saying the roomy with the master is paying 20% more in a 450/550 split (which isn't really correct math either.)

Share the master bedroom and master bath.  Turn the second bedroom into a dungeon of love that they both can use on a first come, first served basis...or together whenever the urge may strike.

1. It's correct math when using words like "about" if we want to get all semantic

2. 600 is 50% more than 400, 400 is 33% less than 600

100 bucks, as mentioned, is about 20% more for the person paying that 100 extra

It's ok.  You are far more correct to say that I'm arguing semantics and being nitpicky than to say the math was correct.  I am.  I saw the math and it was off, and in true FBG fashion I couldn't leave well enough alone.  But it's a silly argument that can die right here.

I know FBG advice is generally GOAT advice but I think it's a little odd that your willing to trade your daughter for it.
