I'm planning to go to the Diablos game on Thirsty Thursday ($1 drinks!) but am really clueless where to sit.

Assuming price is the same (which it is), which box seat section is the most desirable for enjoying a baseball game. Thanks for any help.

Also, why would there be a different baseball league than the Major League Baseball? It seems just wrong.

The netting (to protect against foul balls) can get a little distracting back there. I'd shoot for maybe something over the dugout (116/117 or 103/104). You get to see all the action unobstructed, and being by the dugout kinda keeps you "in the game".

That was kind of fun. I ended up sitting in box section 103, in front of 1st base, although I really could have moved around anywhere, since there were a lot of empty seats. I thought the home team was going to be in the dugout, but it was the visitors.

Draft beer was $1 until the 7th inning. There were only 2 long lines, and I had a lot of time to talk to the three cute guys ahead of me. Got Shiner Bock instead of Dos Equis. The money you save in beer, you spend in hot dogs.

The El Paso Diablos seem to really suck. They lost in the bottom of the 9th, 5-7. They were swept 5 games by the Saint Paul Saints.

How much money do these players make? They probably don't make much, but it would be a decent job for a baseball lover.

I wonder how awful the "Bark in the Park" day will be. Do other teams do this... encourage you to bring your dog to the game?
