I think Gomez could be a bust. He doesn't think on the bases or in the field and he has no power. He could be the next Luis Castillo but he's taking up your OF spot not giving you steals from a 2Bman. I like Bourn of this group because he's always produced OBP in the minors and he has 182 stolen bases in 213 attempts.

A lot of that has to do with playing the Padres. The Padres are the worst team in the majors in stopping the running game. Bard does not throw well and Peavy/Young are awful and holding runners on. Bourn is still the safer bet - safer hitter with more upper level experience. Gomez was terribly rushed last year and it very impatient at the plate.
