NL-Only 12 team league

I have Jason Heyward at $12 for this year and next. I am being offered Adam Wainwright at $16 for this year and next.

Heyward has the shoulder issue and is coming off a down year. Wainwright is coming off TJ surgery.

Really torn about this trade.

Unless you're dying for pitching I'd rather have Heyward.
