Cleveland won its division in 1985 with a record of 8-8. IINM, they are the only team to win its division at .500.

This season, we have three divisions where the winner could finish .500 or worse.

K.C. and S.D. lead the AFC West, each at 4-4. Denver is 3-5, and Oakland is 2-6.

Seattle leads the NFC West at 4-4. Arizona follows them at 3-5, then San Fran at 2-6.

Tampa leads the NFC South at 5-4, with Carolina and New Orleans right behind at 4-4.

Pete Rozelle always wanted parity in the NFL. We now have two great teams, four or five good teams, and lots of suck.

I was just thinking the same thing...

I think it is probable that SD and TB win their respective divisions with a winning record...but the NFC west? Kinda like the AL Central a couple years ago...
