0.5 PPR, obviously will be lots of transactions! 1st year fee is $100, then rises by $25 each year until it hits $200. Teams play 2 matchup per week.

Draft will be serpentine. Date of draft is 9PM Tuesday September 3rd 2013. Draft order to be determined on Thursday August 22, method yet to be determined, suggestions welcome!
