OF looks weak overall. Lots of youth in the IF could be boom/bust, but I like it. Good RPs, but not too excited about the SPs after the top3. I think you can improve quite a bit with dutiful waiver wire action.

Way more speed than you need. I like Willy "100 steals" Taveras as much as anyone, but I'd try to swap him for someone who can help in the other 4 offensive categories.
