Dodds still has Palmer at QB9, 81st overall as of today. I think he looks like he's going to be as good as last year. Am I nuts?

I don't know about as good as last year, but I definitely can't think of eight QBs I would take ahead of him. He is definitely in my Top 5. Maybe top 3.
