The difference is one team has a potential long term starting QB on a rookie contract. And the other has an inaccurate gumby looking QB making $45M per year for the next 3 years. One has a new HC with new coordinators and what would seem to be a good GM. The other has a bad GM and a slew of losers as coaches. One team can get better. The other likely can't.
