I like this, doesn't compromise anything in terms of league integrity (an entrant before Sunday just loses one more possible game to pick from in TNF), and increases the pot.

no to seeing picks in advance. it should be hidden till games lock. towards the end of year it creates too many opportunities for teams to either mirror or go against the leader. the one I do at officefootballpool has a blocking feature, that unlocks once those games have kicked.
