Is anyone participating in this? A guy I work with is running a small group and this is our 2nd year. I forget how I finished last year, but remember thinking not to use that strategy again. If you're not familiar with the rules go check them out on the website. Basically, you pick a roster and if players move on you get 2x pts, then 3x pts, and so on.
This year I picked all players from Seattle and Denver. Sure, I got 0 pts this past weekend, but my entire team is getting 2x pts this weekend. I figured they're the best bets to go to the Super Bowl. If both of them do I'm certain that I'll win. I checked the overall leaders on the website and a lot of them picked all players from one of the games this past weekend. For example, all Chiefs and Colts, or all Saints and Eagles. I thought that was an interesting strategy. If both Denver and Seattle lose I'll be screwed, but if only one of them lose I think I'm going to go with the players moving on I already have and then pick the rest from the team they're playing the next weekend.
So, does anyone else do this challenge: If so, what's your strategy? I also thought about picking all players from different teams, which would almost guarantee I'd have a 4x player in the Super Bowl.
