When is the cut-off for college players to enter/commit/request to be in the Supplemental Draft?

Does anyone have a link or know who will be entering this years Supplemental Draft?

Thank you for the reply, however, this is the same stuff I found. He is the only player I have seen so far that is entering the Supp draft. That is also why I was curious about the cut-off date.. perhaps no-one else can even enter it at this point.
