NIL Club App (1 Viewer)

My son is a college freshman and his team is participating in an NIL Club App (YOKE?). I am unfamiliar with this process or if there are any pitfalls that could cause issues with eligibility. Does anybody have any info on this on how it works or eligibility rules associated with this process? I would hate for this to cause any issues moving forward.

Any info, experience, etc would be greatly appreciated.

I read an article this week that high school kids in NYS are losing their high school eligibility by being on this. Apparently they can be on it, but they can't associate themselves with a school/team. But the registration process requires you to put your school/team. And then they are all making videos stating their name and school.

Don't know the ins and outs of it by any means, but I've told.my daughter to not even entertain it until more info is avaialble. It seems a bit scammy, but I've done no actual research..just a gut feel.
