No 10-second clock run-off for Celek injury? (1 Viewer)

In the PHI/GBP game, Celek was injured in the 4th Qtr with 1:06 left on the clock & PHI had the ball with no Time-Outs left. Why did the officials not run-off 10-seconds? I thought that was the rule?
