I'd go Howard, much higher ceiling than Ebron, and at the moment anyway, better QB play.

I'm digging Howard over Ebron. Ebron is a gym phenom, but no more so than Howard, and Howard has been one of the most efficient TEs per route run and is just breaking out. Ebron's had 4 years to break out and still hasn't
