I had the same thought, a lot of the games looked preseasonish. The pre-season has become 99% meaningless, this week felt like the old version of preseason game #3, now teams don't want to play the starters at all in in week3, maybe 5 mins or so? for fear of being hurt and the teams look lost in week 1, unless you have a fantastic o-line which are few and far between
I saw the agholor highlights. They had a lot of specially designed plays for him and he nearly scored a second touchdown (tripped up at the goal line). I wouldn't just dismiss him.Gronk had a TD reversed, was getting pulled on all first half and blocked a lot 2nd half. Pat's are banged up and thin on D and the secondary didn't play well either. I am worried about the LBs, DL and OL. Im not worried about the offensive skill positions as Brady has had much less to work with.
Nelson Agholor...that was a broken play he scored on, I'm pumping the brakes a bit.

They're looking like the Bungles again. The one hope is Lazor fixes the offensive strategy. He focused on Landry (160+ targets?) in Miami.Bengals (hosting Houston) should bounce back
Ok, you have opened my eyes here as I missed that. Thanks! He is still available....hmmmm who to drop...I saw the agholor highlights. They had a lot of specially designed plays for him and he nearly scored a second touchdown (tripped up at the goal line). I wouldn't just dismiss him.
The Saints offensive gameplan was confused.Expect the Pats line to go from -4.5 to -6.5 vs the Saints at least. The new Saints D looked good....until Bradford started going vertical.
Conversely the Steelers line will drop from -7 to -5 hosting the Vikings at least.
Fleener and Ginn looked good. Run game is a hot mess. Vikings offense....wow!
Agree with your comments. I'm confused by why NO continues to struggle on defense after getting rid of Hippie Ryan and bringing in both free agent and draft defensive talent. They were looking ok until Bradford starting stretching the field and then it was "same old Saints" (?!).The Saints offensive gameplan was confused.
The defense has done almost all it can in the secondary - 1st or 2nd day picks at safety (3) and CB (2) and yet... they had UDFA and completely raw rookie Devante Harris in at CB, where he was constantly toasted. They played him over Sterling Moore (loads of experience) and Ken Crawley (has experience, and speed). It's not clear if changing that one thing could help. They also have the regular continuing problem of a complete lack of edge rush. I have a feeling that people are getting down on Hogan, Burkhead and Cooks when they were facing a damned good KC defense and then they will awaken to find them valuable again after the NO game.
Lots of chatter about Hogan this week. White not so much.
Well in one league no one drops good players - but my other league - dude drops Bernardrick McKinney to pick up Demarcus Lawrence (very good LB dropped for a decent DL - but the guy that dropped him already has 3 good DL and you can only start 2 - whereas his only good LB was McKinney leaving him with must start 2 of Beasley/KJ Wright/Alonso). Another dude dropped Gore outright for Javorius Allen...a bit early for that move I think. So, who got dropped in your leagues during waivers that might be overreactions? In my 0.5 PPR 12 team, Marvin Jones and Perriman were dropped. Thinking about swapping out K. Wright for one of them, though I'll until they're off waivers to decide.
