O.J. Atogwe signed by Eagles (1 Viewer)

There has been no indication that the Eagles expect S Jaiquawn Jarrett to be a serious contributor in 2012.Despite using a second-round pick on Jarrett in 2011, the Eagles have repeatedly passed him over. They brought in underwhelming Jarrad Page last year and just signed O.J. Atogwe to a one-year deal this week. Jarrett's struggles in coverage are a major liability. Nate Allen and Kurt Coleman are penciled in as the starting safeties.Source: Philly.comJun 20 - 12:52 PM
I could see Allen as the only sure thing here. Atogwe and Colman will battle for the starter job. Going back further Jarrett was skipped over in press-conferences when discussing the DBs. They are either trying really hard to motivate him or realize that they swung and missed

Agree 100% on this previously reply. Allen will be one safety, and Atogwe/Coleman will battle it out in training camp for the other spot.
