Obama Official calls Netanyahu "Chicken####" (1 Viewer)

It is my firm conviction that Netanyahu, not Obama, is damaging the relationship between Israel and the United States.

We don't always have to agree with Israel on everything. If Netanyahu was the leader of Russia, he'd be hunting bear without a shirt on for the whole world to see. He's a bravado showoff who has tried to influence things in this country for years. I like him to the degree that he emits a strong leadership facade, but he's also a lot of talk as the article points out. Meh, he'll get over being pissed. We aren't going to stop being good buddies with Israel anytime soon.

He's too scared to face international condemnation for blowing the #### out of Iran's nuclear program. Is that what we're saying? Who in America would have stuck by him? Obama would have launched a world tour of condemnation. Who are we fooling here?

The official said the Obama administration no longer believes that Netanyahu would launch a preemptive strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities in order to keep the regime in Tehran from building an atomic arsenal. “It’s too late for him to do anything. Two, three years ago, this was a possibility. But ultimately he couldn’t bring himself to pull the trigger. It was a combination of our pressure and his own unwillingness to do anything dramatic. Now it’s too late.”
