Duncan is so bad out there that I'm laughing. They guy can hit, but he needs a winter in the OF just to be passable out there.

Stan Musial was better? Old guys seem to still think that, but the numbers clearly say otherwise.

Weaver Player PersonalityThey forgot smoking pot and harassing stewardesses on the team plane.
You forgot the part where he's striking out batters almost at will, but if it makes you sleep better at night.....
Being able to strike out Tigers should probably not be your first or second bullet on your resume.
Good point, gunz.
Seriously. They were 2nd in the AL in SO's this year. They've never seen a pitch that they didn't like.

pujols has average over 126 rbis per year in his first 6 yearsmusial's top rbi seasons...131,126,123,113
Until Pujols makes a record with Joe Garagiola that teaches me how to hit, I'm not interested.
This thread needs more Bentley. Gimme a Lone Star while you are up.
:goodposting:That being said, I was a terrible hitter. Maybe I should have played the record at 45 RPM instead of 33. I think I will have another beer though.
