You shouldn't be able to object people for hits like that. This isn't soccer.
Look. It is what it is. These kids know these rules and still they hit like this.

I still think they should get 2 penalties before they get ejected.
Bad rules deserve to be complained about. Like the NFL's rule that an automatically reviewed play can't be reviewed if a coach throws the challenge flag.

Ejections for personal fouls like that changes the nature of any game it happens in. Not some minor rule.

Um, defense is really hard for Louisville. Isn't Charlie Strong a defensive guy?
It's funny how often defensive coordinators end up having better offenses than defenses once they become head coaches.
Just throwing out a theory here. Maybe they make sure to go out and get a good OC since they know less about that side of the ball, while on defense they just promote up guys that were under them when they themseves were a DC.

You get one penalty, sure it could have been unintentional. Second time shows malicious intent and ejection is absolutely deserved.
Where is the malicious intent? That is crazy. Football is a ####### contact sport.
Aware of that. I played through college. If you don't agree that helmet to helmet and targeting hits are a major problem, then I got nothing for you.

TCU has picked off three OSU passes to stay in this game early. OSU better watch out in the second half. That's when TCU's O gets moving.

After a couple weeks of experimenting with the concept of offense, Michigan State is back to playing like Michigan State - leading Purdue 7-0 at halftime on a defensive touchdown.

Looks like the crisis was averted.

TCU defensive players must want to punch their offensive teammates in the face every damned day.

What the heck just happened on Gameday with Bill Murray?
I don't know, but I enjoyed it. He picked UCLA over Stanford because Stanford students have to go to school and UCLA students don't, and UCLA cheerleaders had a better recruiting class. Then he picked Texas Tech over WVU because Jerry West isn't playing this week. :lmao:

If that's the case, then Gator defenders must want to use flamethrowers on their offensive counterparts.

Just before the half the Gators had 22 yards on a drive and it was their longest of the half. Then they had a 9-yard sack and lost fumble to end it.

Mizzou QB Maty Mauk is the 1st QB this year to throw over 165 yards against Florida this year.

He has 236 yards. (and this despite showing that he's a redshirt freshman at times)

Great game here in Knoxville. Nice to watch a good game where I could care less about the outcome, need to watch more games like that to be honest.
