Winston wins the heisman tonight.
Over the way Mariota has been playing? No way.
17 TDS, 0 Ints. Doesn't stand a chance.
Winston is 17 and 2 with a higher completion percentage, ypa, and rating.
so naturally that means he definitively wins the heisman tonight.

lets not even compare rushing yards.
I was replying to the post where you said "Doesn't stand a chance"

My comment was intended to mean he will play well and draw attention the way Manziel did last year during the Bama game.

I was joking that Mariotta doesn't stand a chance. Mariotta has just as good if not better stats so for abe to claim that winston locks it up tonight is ridonkulous.

Yeah. Lot of football left to be played.

 I love Winston. I was in here last week talking about how he'll be an NFL superstar in a few years and should be the #1 pick when he comes out.

I was agreeing with you. Winston is more visible than Mariota partially because of the east coast bias.

How on earth is Clemson ranked 3rd? This team is awful. Oh, wait.... here are their wins.

Georgia

S.C. State

N.C. State

Wake Forest

Syracuse

B.C.

Is this schtick or do people really believe in this?

Is it bias or just that people don't watch the west coast games as much b/c of the later time zone.

I can't believe College GameDay was at FSU/Clemson instead of UMASS/Buffalo.
Still an outside shot at The Beef. I'd love a trip to St. Pete in mid-December.
I've got you guys talking about UMass. My job here is done.

Tasker, please tell me you didn't sit through that downpour to witness that.

Horrendous call on Blanchflower getting tossed, but this offense is just dysfunctional right now. Disappointing considering Molnar was an OC under Kelly at Notre Dame. Mack is a lot of fun to watch, and Oliver is a heck of a player as well.

That said, probably still will be favored with 0-8 Western Michigan coming to Gillette next week.

My god - Alabama laying a beatdown on the Razorbacks. They are ridiculous.
Bielema's expression never changes.

You can't tell if he's losing 42-0 or if someone asked him for help with the NY Times crossword puzzle.
Did you happen to see the pregame handshake with him and Saban? He's a giant and a lardass.
He did marry a young, good looking hooker though. Gotta give him that.
Better than Petrino giving the hooker a job in the athletic department.

If there's one thing I want for Xmas it's that she starts banging one of the Razorback players. And I've never stepped foot in the state of Wisconsin.

No, thankfully...I watched on TV. Weather has been bad pretty much all day after like 11 AM.

I missed when Blanchflower got tossed actually; I never saw what happened.

UMass moved the ball pretty well at times, but always seemed to shoot themselves in the foot. Pick up a few first downs and then take a bad sack. Or a bad penalty. Or I recall one time they were driving and then the center had a brutal shotgun snap and the RB had to fall on it for like a 15 yard loss. Those mistakes just killed them in the long run.

For those who care, Tommy Rees knocked out of the ND/USC game on a hard tackle. Looked to me like a concussion, and the defender clearly hit him in the head and drove his head into the ground (no penalty). Andrew Hendrix in and playing terrible. ND will have to win the game on defense.

How's it possible to be that bad as a qb? He's literally incapable of passing the ball. He's the 2nd qb. Does he not throw the ball at practice?

To go from semi-competent against Stanford two years ago in a backup start when Rees was injured to this is remarkable. It's clear why Rees hasn't been pulled for poor play this year so far. But it really raises the question of whether ND should redshirt Zaire anymore.

I know Kelly doesn't want to burn the redshirt, but let's be realistic: Rees is gone next year, Hendrix is likely gone as well to med school. That means your QB situation is definitely Zaire as a redshirt freshman and Kizer (2013 recruit). If Golson comes back, that definitely helps, but what if he doesn't come back? You HAVE to get Zaire experience this year, especially if Tommy misses the next game.
