They should rest Grasu for the Pac-12 championship to make sure he's right. What manner is that? It wasn't a last minute "win" unless all wins are "last minute." UCLA scored their final TD with 11 minutes left in the game. For instance, your selecting "heading into the 4th" as the barometer... it seems UCLA was tied with Memphis just 4 minutes later. Meanwhile Ole Miss was up by 7 at the same point and pulled away rather convincingly from there en route to a 21pt win. (vs UCLA's 7pt houdini-esque escape out in Los Angeles).
Not to mention "almost a home game" environment down the road in Oxford vs the "hardly any memphis fans in attendance" out at the coliseum....
