***OFFICIAL*** 2018 Cakeleeg Thread - 28th round is "touch and go" (2 Viewers)

28.05 - Chris Owings - 2B/SS/OF - ARI

"...Lovullo said. "He's going to compete at short, and if he wins a spot as a starting shortstop, then he's also going to continue to play third, second, left and right. It might be a strange strategy to have one player play five defensive positions in one game, but have you tried this weed?"

fyi - we are getting close to extra innings starting with a runner on second base.

all minor leagues using that this year.  if they bring this to the majors, I am toast.

a lot to like here.  my only concerns are the top 4 pitchers missed most or large chunks of 2017.  will olson, gennett, polanco, taylor, lomo repeat?

dyson, bautista may be a concern if you desire guys that play.

Thanks for the help today @Notorious T.R.E.

I held up the fity cent hoops draft up a little but it was worth it. Saw a dumb criminal try to run away and do a complete face plant on some new asphalt. He’ll be picking that out of his skin for days.

@bananafish and @cheese owe picks.  Draft ends at 10:00 PM EDT tonight.  You don't get to wait around for a few days with what would basically be a free waiver add.

Running a tight ship here.
