This is easy. 6pts all TD's. Touchdown Tommy if he's still there.
What size league are you in? Who were you able to take in the 2nd-6th rounds? All Tds worth the same. A little bit of points for yards. I took MBIII. LT, ADP, and Brady were all gone. I had the pick of the rest and I am strong in believing in this guy especially after going and seeing Dallas in training camp. The only other guy I was considering was Westbrook and it literally came down to the wire for me but I think MBIII is going to be a monster this year especially in scoring TDs.
Folks will tell you I'm a huge Pats homer, but I'm probably going SJAX at 4. To me, you take Brady at 5, due to the dropoff after LT, ADP, BW, and SJAX.Taking SJAX instead of Brady, you could endup with, as an example,SJAX, Brees, TJ or Holt or Burress, Edge or FWP or Thomas Jones, Top 4 TE, Coles or Evans or Ward, etc.or if you prefer a better RB2SJAX, MJD or Bush, TJ or Holt or Burress, RoyW or CalvinJ or SantonioH, Top 4 TE, Coles or Evans or Ward, Cutler or ELI or value, etc.I like the Brees option, as it fields1. SJAX2. Brees3. Burress4. TJones5. Winslow6. Evans7. etcI would worry about "hoping" that you can scrounge a good RB2....you might be able to go Brady, MJD, Bush, and I would call that a better approach if you're Brady-centric with the first pick...Chaser1439 said:I have done a lot of research for this draft slot. The way my league works is that the first 3 picks are going to look like this. LT, AP, Westy. Since it is 6 pts per passing tds I am going Brady. The real skill in this draft slot is establishing who you want on your squad and taking them a little earlier than their current ADP. Point per reception. Starters - Qb, rb, rb, wr, wr, flex (rb/wr), te, k, def.My thoughts are as follows. pick 1.04 (4th overall) - BradyPick 2.09 (21st overall) - Fitz, MJD, Reggie Bush, Pick 3.04 (28th overall) - Bush, Torry Holt, Wes WelkerPick 4.09 (45th overall) - Brandon Marshall, Thomas Jones, Willie Parker, Santonio HolmesPick 5.04 (52nd overall) - Cotchery, Gates, Selvin YoungImagine if from the 4 spot your first 5 rounds looked like this:1. Brady2. MJD3. Wes Welker4. Brandon Marshall5. CotcheryI have maximized the talent that has fallen to me and I now have the ability to grab those pesty RBBC running backs that everyone is avoiding taking. I have no problem getting some running back depth in the last 11 rounds of the draft. If a good tight end falls into your lap, dont be afraid to select him at this point.
Looks good to me.I'm having a hard time ranking Westbrook, SJax, Addai.Tonight I picked 4th in a 10 team redraft, no-PPR, start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 RB/WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 D, pretty much standard scoring.I have to say I was pretty surprised at some of the picks as this is no guppy league. Anyway, my draft went like this:1.4 - ADP (LT, Westy, then Brady)2.7 - Braylon Edwards (almost went MJD and would likely have gone Larry Johnson had he not gone one pick sooner)3.4 - Andre Johnson4.7 - Brandon Jacobs (very much surprised me he was there)5.4 - Michael Turner6.4 - Winslow7.4 - Brandon Marshall (surprised again)8.7 - Dwayne Bowe9.4 - Chester Taylor (better RBs were available but I wanted ADP insurance)10.7 - Jonathan Stewart11-15, filled in w/QBs, K & Defense

10-team league you should do better than this in the first three rounds. For 12-team I ended up with Steven Jackson, Reggie Wayne, and Plaxico Burress. So in a 10 teamer league. 4 pts for passing TDs, 6 pts for rushing/receiving TDs. I'm in the 4 hole and I'm anticipating LT, AP, and Westbrook to be gone. So what's the play here...Sjax? MB3? Addai?
