*Official 6th spot* Redraft Discussion PPR (1 Viewer)

Assuming Zeke ends his holdout, DJ seems like the chalk pick. But hard to go wrong with Adams, target hog who always posts double digit TDs.

I think the middle is the hardest spot to draft from. Happy I drew 10th this year. Give me 1-3 or 10-12, easier to foresee what positions to target with the next two picks.

Agree. I've been tinkering with a few strategies with the Draft Dominator.  I'm in a 12 team league Q,R,W,TE,F,F,K,D with only 4 bench spots and it's really elevating the TE's because of the shallow format.  It's not 1.5 points per catch just regular PPR so very curious why Kelce, (6), Ertz (17), Kittle (22) are showing up about 10 picks ahead of their ADP. With only needing to start 1RB you'd think QB would be elevated (5 pts per 50+ yard TD bonus) 6 per TD league and Mahomes (19) on the Dominator (he'll likely go first round)  The other QB's seem to fall in line Watson (39), Luck (41), Rodgers (50), Wilson (55) all likely go two rounds earlier.

Kelce/Evans/Diggs is an option.

Adams/Evans/Diggs another.

Yeah my format is completely different; PPR, 4 pt passing TD, and 10 starters (Q R R W W W T F K D.) I think you need to practice/mock a lot to get a good feel how different strategies might play out.

I’m doing several mocks a day at 3 different sites to get a good feel for how to respond to different types of runs. Feel comfortable starting RB/RB or WR/WR, and feel like a mix that gives me two of each after pick 39 works best. I’ve played around with RB zero but it’s a bit dicey this year IMO.

Never like the value I give up by taking a big 3 TE or early QB. Don’t really like late TEs either, so I prefer Howard, Engram or Henry at 58/63 (5th/6th.) Almost always wait until the 9th/10th to take a QB (106/111.) Back end is any lottery ticket RBs still around or at worst, handcuffs.

Probably won’t draft a K or DST. We have 2 IR spots so often times I can stash 1-2 guys to pick up streamers a few days before the season starts. (our IR rules - anyone declared out, but suspended players have to stay on active roster.)
