Possibly, although jaMarcus threw the whole organization under the bus by not being prepared this year. That team just reeks dysfunctionality. Al is probably holding the coaching staff accountable for Russel's failure, and some of it may be on the staff, but I'd have to think the blame for underperforming is 80% on Russell, 20 on the staff.I tremble drafting Raiders players.......
