i think fox learned it's lesson last time when they tried to ignore the polls.
   I was watching "The Five" yesterday afternoon.  Complete dismissal of the polls.  "They're only a snapshot in time" and "How can you trust people answering a random phone call.  These aren't people actually voting".  Sad, really.

Only problem I see with the TrumpTV network is that after the election he will be a LOSER.

Gonna be tough to promote himself as the greatest thing since sliced bread after he gets his butt kicked by no other than Hillary "the devil incarnate" Clinton.

And once he loses, I'm not sure how many people will want to be on his side.

People like rooting for a winner. That's part of the allure that got him here in the first place.

But after November 8th, when the Trumpies are wondering how it could have all gone so horribly wrong, they may not want to be reminded that they backed the clown that destroyed the Republican party.

(I realize this doesn't include the real kool-aid drinkers, but are there really enough of them to sustain a whole TV network?)

He has already set up the narrative that the election will be fixed or stolen and that is how he will spin it after the election. His hard core supporters will believe it (or anything else he says) so he has a built in audience for his antics and point of view with the only real competition being Fox News.

TrumpTV will be the conspiracy channel that tells viewers that he 'won' but was cheated by a rigged system.  His supporters will lap it up.

Wonder if Fox News will turn on him before this is over.

FOX news is going to look at TrumpTV in awe. They will be astounded as some of their viewers head over to TTV.

Then, FOX will nudge the moderates and say, "We're glad we never looked like that." To which those that are nudged will be like :loco:

Only "real" question, I don't care for an answer, is where Hannity goes and if/when Beck joins in on TTV... for the viewers.

I don't see any issue with it, given his intended audience. Imagine Breitbart/Infowars in 24/7 video form. All the morons still sticking with Trump right now are a guaranteed audience.

Only potential issue might be if they have KKK types on as guests, then potentially the cable & satellite carriers could drop out.
They have groups and organizations now posing as 'alt right' or 'nationalist' which try to appear outwardly neutral without any indicia of supremacist or racist agenda. This is sort of what's going on at Breitbart under Bannon now.

Trump Said He’d Throw Orlando Shooter’s Dad, A US Citizen, Out Of Country

Donald Trump told Fox News’ Sean Hannity that he would force even U.S. citizens found to have extremist views to leave the country as president.
Hannity asked Trump what he would do about individuals like Seddique Mateen, the Afghanistan-born father of the man who killed dozens in an Orlando nightclub in June and has criticized the U.S.

“What do we do when we find somebody that has extreme views?” Hannity asked in a town hall that was taped Tuesday but aired Wednesday so that it wouldn’t interfere with the live broadcast of Trump’s speech in Milwaukee. “Do we throw them the hell out?

“I'd throw him out,” Trump said of Mateen, who is a naturalized U.S. citizen. “If you look at him, I'd throw him out.”

- So this is a glimpse of the "extreme vetting."

- What are we looking at :toilet: canning here, the 1st, 4th, 5th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th Amendments?

- I said this a long time ago: there is NO difference between saying a foreign muslim person is suspected based on background or beliefs and saying a muslim US citizen is. If the Trumpites argue for banning people on that basis they should also be for internment/concentration camps on the same. Trump just said and from his POV it makes total consistent sense.

- This is also the stuff of fringe parties. The GOP was so cowed by Trump's threat to go "independent". Who has ever gone "independent" and done anything more than 0.5%? All the other examples in history - Nader, Perot, Stein, Wallace, Thurmond, Teddy Roosevelt, went third party. There was no 3rd party for Trump to run to. Well there were lots I guess but none that would take him and which had a nationwide organization. The GOP basically let in this fringe extremist into their party, then they let him run away with it. It really is unprecedented.

At the time we all believed that Trump was really rich and willing to spend a lot of his own money in a campaign.  That Trump could plausibly have mounted an independent campaign that drew votes away from the Republican.

The Trump that we know now, though, probably misses all the deadlines to get ballot access and quits because of the "rigged system."

Either way, they should have told him to go eff himself as soon as he started in with the outspoken bigotry. They deserve every single bit of what they're about to get.

Hey Trumpkins --

Remember when you defended Trump's Muslim ban because you claimed that Trump wasn't referring to U.S. citizens? Remember that? When you said that the media and liberals were distorting what Donald really meant? Remember?

Well, you can suck it.

Hey, guy. The only amendment that matters is the 2nd. Get with the program.

How is this stuff allowed to continue?  Trump blithely talks about trashing the Bill of Rights and it's not even a major story.  He should be getting blasted everywhere for this.

And I don't believe for a second any of those guys were shticking.

They truly believed in him and his message, and now are too embarrassed to admit they were wrong and got bamboozled by a long time swindler.

I am actually going to defend Trump on this one:

It's not clear he's talking about throwing him out of the country.  In the context he may have just been talking about throwing him out of a Trump rally if he showed up.

  It's called sarcasm.

HT and Eminence need to start their own message board where they can delete any content they disagree with, or ban any poster who has shtick they don't approve of.

If given the choice between SWC, the king of positivity, or HT, the king of negativity, I don't think many of us would have to think too hard.

Keep on rockin', SWC.  We love you just the way you are.  Take that to the positivity bank, brochacho.
