She fired the person, now you think she needs to publicly apologize for the person?  It would have gone away if it wasn't for the kooks.
She didn't even fire him. The issue was raised, and the guy was fired, without Hillary's knowledge (though apparently upon hearing of it she approved afterwards.)

Trump should insist Johnson and stein get included in the debate. Make Hillary play catchup or insist they don't make it, as they'll carve more into her vote. Can't lose gambit
Except for the part where it would require a sudden rule change by a non-partisan organization that adopted the rules a year ago. In other words Clinton could just ignore him because there's no chance it would happen.

Or, if she thought it advantageous, she could paint it as him being cowardly and wanting someone else to absorb some of his debate time and attention because he is too scared to face the music himself, having never been in a one-on-one debate before. Or should could agree is she thought that was best for her, knowing that it would never happen anyway

Bottom line, he would have zero leverage and would be passing the ball to Clinton and giving her options on how to respond.

and she apologized to Plouffe at the time, who accepted the apology.

Contrast that with Trump who's personally been bringing it up for 6+ years.  Again with the false equivalence.

Retirees who gossip about their neighbors need to start changing the salt and pepper shakers every Wednesday so they have something more productive to do.
I think they probably have the video of Hillary getting thrown into a van running in a loop.

I'm not sure anyone still believes the birther stuff. Again, had Obama been more transparent right from the beginning, this would have been an issue only for the lunatic fringe.
Sure. He presented the stupid long form and the NOMINEE for the Republican Party said it was photoshopped.

It's a moron problem not an Obama problem.

I don't think you are trolling unlike Elideepthroat or whatever his name is, but this is really stupid line to take.

McCain was one of those people who needed to be changing the salt and pepper shakers every Wednesday. After all, he did pick Palin as his running mate.,

I would never call you or anyone else a dishonorable person, but I do believe your support of Donald Trump is a dishonorable decision. The Birther movement, his accusations about American Muslims cheering on 9/11, his treatment of the Khans, his mockery of a handicapped journalist, and a host of other instances are far beyond the pale of any other candidate in modern history, including Hillary Clinton.
Hillary Clinton's negatives far outweigh any of Trumps. I won't go into detail about Hillary Clinton's honorability deficit. it's just not necessary.

There's only two choices?
Nope, just one as far as I'm concerned.

The more I think about those Medal of Honor winners who stood there and endorsed Donald Trump, the more pissed off I'm becoming. This is the same Donald Trump who calls for torturing our enemies, for seizing the oil in the Middle East ("to the victor the spoils"), for murdering the relatives of suspected terrorists. These are clear violations of the Geneva Convention and the laws that the United States set up at Nuremberg. Trump has also threatened to walk away from the NATO agreement, which would be a breaking of our sacred honor as a nation.

For ANY member of the American military- much less a Medal of Honor winner- to stand up and publicly support this man is disgraceful. There's simply no other word that applies.
If your post is any indication, the Trump Presidency could be as painful for liberals as Obama's Presidency was for conservatives.

Do you hear the people sing?
Singing the song of angry men?
http://bionicmosquito.blogspot.com/2016/09/les-deplorables.html

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton said on Friday that half the supporters of her Republican rival Donald Trump belonged in a “basket of deplorables…”
Former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan voiced concern that the U.S. economic and political system could be undermined by what he called “crazies.”
The deplorables…the crazies….
While I will not vouch for the character of every single Trump supporter (or whoever it is to whom Greenspan refers), the derogatory remarks by these two stalwarts of the current system are pointed in the wrong direction.
Central banking, unending wars, revolving door between Washington and New York, crony trade deals, big-business-favoring regulation, ever increasing price inflation and taxes, stagnating wages, unemployment, ever-increasing indebtedness – personal, corporate and government, lack of ability to save for retirement.
It is against these which the deplorable crazies are revolting.  Many may not articulate it this way – not even Trump – but there it is.
And the source of these?  I suggest the two of these characters look in a mirror as a starting point; from there, they can trace to the roots of their belief system.
Greenspan blames the rise of populism for the rise of the so-called “crazies.”  It would be more accurate to blame progressivism.  The funniest line from Greenspan?
…Greenspan traced the rise of populism in the U.S. all the way back to 1896, when William Jennings Bryan gave his “Cross of Gold” speech at the Democratic Party national convention opposing the gold standard.
While a slightly different slant, one can certainly point to the elite opposition to a gold standard as the prime facilitator of many of the issues causing such angst in the masses.
More from Greenspan:
“I hope we can all find a way out because this is too great a country to be undermined, by how should I say it, crazies.”
The country was undermined, and one can point to many events from 100 years ago as the beginning of the end: central banking, progressive taxation, going abroad in search of demons to destroy.  All enabled by and enabling of the system that Greenspan now laments might be “undermined.”
The system will be undermined – either by choice or by (economic) force.  On this, Greenspan makes his one true statement:
“Politically, I haven’t a clue how this comes out.”
Nor do I.  But one thing is certain: it will “come out.”

Reminds me of this story:

LGBT Chamber president steps down after criticism of his sex-offender status

http://www.charlotteobserver.com/news/politics-government/article64943682.html

The former president of Charlotte’s LGBT Chamber of Commerce has resigned after he came under fire from a conservative group, which noted that he is on a sex offender list and questioned his role in supporting the city’s expanded nondiscrimination ordinance.

Chad Sevearance-Turner had been the president of the chamber, which supported the newly expanded ordinance that gives legal protection for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender individuals.
Sevearance-Turner was arrested in 1998, when he was 20, and charged in Cherokee County, S.C., with a “lewd act, committing or attempting a lewd act upon a child under 16.”

A 2000 story in the Spartanburg Herald-Journal said Sevearance-Turner had been a youth minister at a church in Gaffney. A jury there found him guilty of fondling a 15-year-old teenage church member while the boy slept.

She doesn't look like a mouth breathing, redneck, racist bigot.
Let's assume, for a moment, that Hillary started the birther movement. That means that 2 things are undeniable:

1. Hillary tricked Trump.

2. Conservatives are easily duped (at least in comparison to liberals).

I see the the other way: not taxing a product made overseas leads to product dumping and loss of jobs.
Fine, but this is not the GOP platform for job creation or the economy.  Reagan started this ball rolling.  The problem is the Alt-Right can't really wrap their head around these complex issues long enough to know which side of this is liberal or conservative.  Rest assured they will just eat it up either way.

Do you think liberals hate Walmart because they sell so many cheap products from China, or do they hate Walmart because the family supports conservative causes?

Affluent high school is accused of racism after holding a Trump-themed pep rally before football game against racially-diverse team - complete with their own wall they said their opponents would pay for

An affluent high school has been accused of racism after holding a Donald Trump-themed pep rally, complete with their own version of the border wall.

Colleyville Heritage High School in Texas, posted pictures on social media of their Republican candidate-inspired event called 'Make Colleyville Great Again' on Friday.

It was held in ahead of a football game against more disadvantaged and racially diverse opponents, Trinity High in Euless.

On their cardboard, handmade wall, they wrote: 'Paid for by Trinity.'

Another poster read: 'Colleyville is going to TRUMP trinity [sic] tonight.'

The signs and comments were interpreted as racist remarks aimed at the diversity of Trinity's student body.
:lmao:

These are the deplorables that put together the sign, shocker:

3.  Trump spent years as the face of the birther movement, and seems to think being the last person to realize it was a trick is worthy of praise.

What does this have to do with Trump's trade policies? Except that they will dramatically hurt big box places like Walmart, which you think liberals hate for one reason or another.

No, he waited until he had a full-blown conspiracy going before he did. He should have released it right away.
Maybe he was too busy running the country to care what a bunch of idiots splashing around in puddles of their own spittle while rage-posting on the internet cared about. If I recall correctly they killed Osama bin Laden within days of Obama releasing his "long form" birth certificate to the public. If that doesn't put things in perspective, I don't know what does.

Big box places that rely on imports have put lots of small businesses out of business, replacing ownership with low-paying jobs. So it isn't just the loss of manufacturing,, but the trickle down effect here at home.

Hindu Sena Pray For Trump To Save Humanity From Islamic Terrorism

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QU28uqWeBGs

Members of the right-wing Indian group, the Hindu Sena, conducted a 'havan' (prayer ritual) to ask the Hindu gods for Donald Trump's success in the US presidential elections. The ritual is believed to have taken place at popular monument Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on 11 May.
As deplorable Hindus would say:

538!

The birther controversy started during the election - he had nothing to run but his own campaign.

Let me understand this - the Republican Party is now against supply side economics?

So cuban tweeted an offer to trump of 10m for charity if he does an interview with him for 4 hours about his policies.  This could get interesting.

Cuban is just jealous of Trump. Everything he has accomplished Trump has done better (money, fame, book, tv show, brand, wife, children, white house)

Faux tough guy just said Hillary's bodyguards should drop their weapons and see what happens to her.  Someone's both pathetic and a tad testy.

I love that these guys have 10 mill to throw around.

I'd say buy a massive estate where injured or homeless vets or disabled could live for free.

It would be nice, but no.

Trump just said at the rally; Let's take the guns away from Hillary's bodyguards. Lets see what happens to her. This guy is completely unhinged. The lowest of the low. What an embarrassment to this country.
