Along those lines, can someone please articulate why it's a good idea to vote for Donald Trump? As in, what specifically would be good. Please leave hating Hillary, Obama, Dems, or other groups out of the answer. I would like to understand why it's good to vote for Donald Trump. Thanks.

We missed you McGarnicle.

It still amazes me that a guy with your sordid post history (degrading women, minorities, seniors, and the poor) would be so anti-Trump.

If we had held a "most deplorable poster in the ffa" contest you most certainly would have been a contender.

He was a real POS but you knew where he stood

Yeah that's admirable Tim but you know what, I'll go there, right now....you guys who support Trump, I have zero respect for you and I do assume you're a bigot even if you outwardly make a calm and reasoned case for your position. Oh, you're not crazy about Trump's rhetoric, but Hillary is so distasteful...yeah, whatever.

Not only is his obvious bigotry so disqualifying, but you couple it with his incompetence on the issues, his proposals that are so laughably ridiculous, that would wreck the economy, that would scrap our global alliances, that would make us LESS safe, potentially bankrupt the country........

I'd love to understand this mindset -- we would never promote someone from the mailroom to CEO of General Motors, yet 45% of Americans apparently will vote for someone to be leader of the free world who's never even been mayor of a small town. So anyone who's kinda smart can step in and understand all of the federal departments, their histories and current challenges, all the complex relationships we have with foreign countries, all the complex interdependencies in our economy, and the time management skills it takes t something here, my god, you brilliant patriots supporting Donald J. Trump to be our next president, I beseech you, please sweet Xenu in heaven, give me the case for this guy. I'm pretty sure it would be on-topic in this thread. Please, give it your best shot

Showing again that any whining about namecalling by Trump supporters should always be met with complete indifference.

He was my favorite poster in the FFA. I even did a search for him last summer when he hadn't posted in a while because I was legit worried he had died or something.

Finding out that his stories were 98% bull#### and that he had nightmares about Trump was very disheartening. It would be like finding out that Arizona Ron was just a Doctor Detroit alias and all of his stories were fabricated.

I'd still smoke a j, drink a 420 EPA, and play a round of disc golf with McG if our paths ever crossed.

Even though these political threads get heated at times I imagine 95% of the guys here would be cool to hang out with.

The FFA provides a nice outlet to complain, argue/debate, and #### post. Things that are better left to "anonymous" message boards than real life circles.

Sootch, I don't disagree with any of the particulars in your post.

All I can say is that nearly half of all Americans that vote in November are going to vote for Donald Trump. (Perhaps more than that. Let's hope not.) I refuse to accept that so many millions of Americans are bigoted at heart. It's too depressing to think about. I won't accept that. I believe that they're misinformed, and that they are not dishonorable people (even though they are acting in a dishonorable fashion.)

I also don't think guys like Chauncey and Courtjester are bad people. I don't think they're bigots.  I think they're letting their hatred of Obama and liberalism blind them to the truth about Trump. dfsguy (Eligoesdeep) is beneath my concern; he's a troll.

So anyone who's kinda smart can step in and understand all of the federal departments, their histories and current challenges, all the complex relationships we have with foreign countries, all the complex interdependencies in our economy, and the time management skills it takes to manage all of these things, and when to be aggressive, when to be reticent, when to ask for input, when to punt until next year.....you could absolutely make the case that these things could use a set of fresh eyes, but only after some EXTREME vetting....does this neophyte have some unique ideas that just might work if we gave him a shot? Does he even have realistic policies, is he reasoned and patient and thoughtful and nuanced? Do you trust this guy with the nuclear codes?

It's not like he's a narcissistic, thin-skinned jackass bigot BUT he's also a political savant who shows real promise to be a transformative figure, who will leave our nation much better than he found it.......no.......he's a narcissistic, thin-skinned jackass bigot AND he has demonstrated a lack of understanding and/or an indifference to even the most basic aspects of our economy and our alliances, a contempt for basic American values like freedom of religion, freedom of the press, tolerance, and even common sense, and if we take his candidacy at face value he very OBVIOUSLY would leave us much WORSE off than he found us. How is that even debatable?

It is sad and embarrassing that this piece of trash is even in the discussion for the presidency right now. It is a sad commentary on where we are as a country. I mean, I'm as capable of pessimism as anyone but this really shocks and saddens me to the core. And back to you Tim...and Saints and some of you other guys who even dignify the Trumpites with a quote and a response...I don't know how you do it or why you do it, except that you must be bored and/or you enjoy arguing with anyone who will keep the volley going. There is maybe a cogent sentence on the Trump side once every 20 pages, and even then, it's almost always more anti-Hillary than pro-Trump. Almost always it's loaded with sarcasm and hyperbole. Even the most credible Trump supporters in here (tallest midgets?) often temper their posts with a dose of sarcasm so it comes across as tongue in cheek.

If I'm missing something here, my god, you brilliant patriots supporting Donald J. Trump to be our next president, I beseech you, please sweet Xenu in heaven, give me the case for this guy. I'm pretty sure it would be on-topic in this thread. Please, give it your best shot.
Oh hell yes! Post of the year!

Feeling depressed, Tim?  Maybe you should see your doctor.  He'll give you something for Hillary's pneumonia.

I mean.......if I have to make a case here, you can quite earnestly kiss my ####. :bye:
That guy sucked bad. Almost on your level, but every once in awhile he pulled a funny post out of his ###. You're worthless.

Have a good one man

Using a football analogy (which I don't like to do, because this is not a game, but it's the only thing that will suffice):

Hillary jumped out to 3 touchdown lead in the 1st quarter. Then she got sloppy in the 2nd quarter, threw a pick, fumbled the ball, and suddenly Trump is only down 21-17 instead of 21-0. And now we're at halftime.

But Hillary still has the better running game, the better quarterback, the better defense. If she avoids mistakes in the 2nd half, she will win handily.

Have to admit whoever took over the reigns in Trump's campaign has done a fantastic job the last couple of weeks. It's a whole new ballgame and all the momentum and buzz is with him.

Awwww.

I don't hate Obama or "liberals" either. I may disagree with some of their beliefs, but there is no hate, most of my friends and colleagues are "liberals". (also, there are very few true liberals in America, or the FFA, if you are going with the definition that liberals are tolerant people)

However, I do despise:

  • Hillary
  • Soros
  • Merkel
  • Globalists
So put me into whichever basket that qualifies me for.

And Tim I don't think that you are a pedophile, or a Nazi, or a bad person. I think you just enjoy getting a rise out of people on this forum. If there were a contest for most skilled poster in the FFA you would be in the final four fo sho.

Trump has the 12 man playing at home.

Better hope Hillary is not being coached by Jim Mora.

HC Tim: "Danny Wuerffel is the most qualified QB ever, I'm starting him no matter what the stats say."

The FOP had expressed anger at Trump's rival, Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, for declining to fill out a questionnaire necessary to win the group's endorsement.
#### the police.

So they apparently cut something from the Dr. Oz appearance where Trump talked about how much he liked kissing Ivanka.

:lmao:
Very incestuous overtones.

when Ivanka, 34, joined her father on stage at the taping of the show Wednesday, Trump, 70, greeted her with a kiss.

NBC’s Peter Alexander reports that Dr. Oz then remarked, “It’s nice to see a dad kiss his daughter,” to which the GOP presidential hopeful replied, “I kiss her every chance I get.”

The cringeworthy comments were later edited out of the final broadcast, however, causing reporters who were present to slam the daytime talk show for removing the inappropriate banter.

“The Dr. Oz show edited out Trump’s comments on kissing daughter Ivanka as often as possible,” Bloomberg’s health and science reporter Michelle Cortez tweeted.

This isn’t the first time that the real estate mogul has made cringeworthy remarks about Ivanka. In an interview with The View in March 2006, he told the cohosts, “I’ve said if Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her.”

In September 2015, he told Rolling Stone that he thought Ivanka was “really something … what a beauty, that one,” he said. “If I weren’t happily married and, ya know, her father …”

Most recently, the father-daughter pair caused a stir when they had a much-talked about interaction on stage at the Republican National Convention in July, with Trump kissing Ivanka on the cheeks and placing his hands on her lower hips after her glowing introduction.

“He patted her in a sexually dismissive way,” body language expert Patti Wood told Us at the time. “That repetitive pat with open hands on that location is usually a set of body language cues to say, ‘The sex with you, it was good,’ or, ‘That was fun sexual play.’ I want to be clear that is not even a pat you would give to a child under the age of 5. You would pat them higher up on the back.”

I guess the DNC can't really go after him on this issue, since his base is probably ok with inbreeding.

Hey, I was given a choice, in preseason, of Andy Dalton, Case Keenum, or Terrelle Pryor. Would I have loved Tom Brady or Russell Wilson? Of course. But they weren't on the team. So I went with Andy Dalton.

Right off the NAMBLA website:

"The most important determinant in the outcome of childhood incest or adult-child sexual encounters is the child's perception of freedom of choice in participating."

It's funny that this Sho Nuff kid hasn't realized everyone is pointing and laughing at him, if he knew that he'd go into hiding out of shame and embarrassment
shame because a few Trump guys make up bogus claims about people they dont know?  You all seem to think your opinion means something to people.
