The comments about committing sexual assault and being a horn dog worry me the least about this guy. He's clueless.  Knows absolutely nothing about macroeconomics. Already being played by the Russians. All Putin has to do is compliment the Trump to get anything he wants. What happens if another leader talks crap about him personally?  Nukes?

  • The LA Times reported that Trump wanted to fire women at his California golf club who "weren't pretty enough" and said a number of other degrading and misogynistic things to the female employees
  • The Washington Post reported that the Trump Foundation- which for years has been funded entirely by contributions from outside the Trump family- does not have the required authorization to solicit donations in New York
  • He continued to undermine the election process by complaining that the presidential debate was "rigged"
  • He said he was "very proud" of his work pushing birtherism
  • The thrice-married Trump, who publicly bragged about his infidelity and has been accused of sexual assault on a number of occasions and sexual harassment countless times, launched an attack on Hillary Clinton based on her husband's indiscretions
  • He lied about the following things (almost certainly an incomplete list): that Clinton tried to get Obama to produce his birth certificate, that his rally was attended by 25,000 people (total was 7,500), that he won every online poll about the debate winner, that foreign companies aren't making new investments in the US ($421 billion last year, a significant increase over the previous year), that as Sec of State Clinton granted favors to people who donated to the Clinton Foundation (zero evidence of this despite exhaustive searches)

Trump sees every encounter as a zero-sum game that has to have a winner and a loser.  The mere notion of a win-win situation is foreign to him.  So the whining is all an effort to avoid being the loser.  He's that guy who can't admit he lost at Madden fair and square, instead saying his controller didn't work or he's used to playing with different slider settings, #### like that.

I'm assuming you're familiar with Liz Plank's work on Vox.  Her latest video examines Trump's behavior and language not as a bully, but as an emotionally abusive boyfriend.  It's a compelling case, and also speaks to the question of "if he's an alpha, why does he ##### and moan so much?"  It's because he's not an alpha.  He's an abuser.

That's been the flaw in both these candidates, we are used to attack ads in politics, but the majority of this cycle has pretty been run on who you shouldn't vote for rather than why you should vote for me.

Exactly.  I've made no secret that I'm voting for Trump because Clinton simply can't be allowed to be President.  She's a vile,shady, despicable human being who has always failed when given an opportunity to lead.  Her actions have proven that her political influence can be bought with a donation to the Clinton Foundation.  

But Trump said some things 11 years ago in a private conversation, so I guess she'll get elected.

Rs should probably start praying Dems don't take the House.  "Overreach" or not -- you can get a lot done in two years when you've got all three branches, and it's awfully hard to undo major programs once they're in place.

He walked in unannounced on a room full of 15-18 year old girls in various stages of undress.  

He bragged about pulling #### like this on Stern.  I see no reason to doubt her story.

Obviously, these are serious accusations, and bad for a campaign, but really, is any of this surprising at all? This man has been in the public eye for over 3 decades. So, we've seen evidence that he's a handsy pig. Given what we've known about him in public life, is there anybody that didn't already think this was the case?

How half the country somehow forgot that this is Donald ####### Trump is the real mystery here.

Its funny, but in ALL these years, Trump has never really been THAT scrutinized.  He got the "celebrity pass" - so he'd bluff and bluster about lawsuits and suing, and he'd make outrageous statements of intimidation (or his lawyers would), and he'd always have the upper hand by sure aggression and practice.

Suddenly, at 70 years old and a semi free pass for months on the campaign trail, it's all catching up.  

It's the big league now... SOMEhow, he always avoided the real big league (namely because he's more a brand and celebrity than real estate mogul, or businessman, both of which he generally has failed at as much if not more than succeeded - but he's one hell of a circus ring leader and brand master of the sheeples). But at this point, he can't.  

His lawyers' letters of cease and desist to a world class news agency? Multiple agencies? Already pushing a half dozen accusers... and we are what, a few days into this?

Trump may be the epitome of quit while you are ahead.  The guy was and is a half fraud (being generous) and was still viewed by most as a success, had money to spend (if not actual wealth as advertised), minions to suck his ####... literally and, well, um.. literally.  But he had to actually run for President, and actually be 6 weeks out and almost even - FINALLY, reality may have caught up. 

 
Trump's vile approach to his "campaign" this week is unconscionable.  At least have the balls and class to lose like a man.  His scorched earth strategy is effectively holding the validity of our democracy hostage.  #### him and his Russian handlers.

7-10 days from now would have been the window for optimum impact. 

All it takes is one big Clinton bombshell to drop in that same time frame and this is all forgotten and you guys know it. Couple that with (as I have suggested in earlier posts) the media needing a big election night rating bonanza for their networks, you will see them try and make this seem like Clinton could be in trouble for something. It is a fine line, you know. 

American voters have the attention span of gnats when it comes down to it.

I don't doubt a Clinton bombshell could be coming.

The problem is that Republican voters, in all their brilliance, picked the one candidate, one of the few Americans even, that's so incredibly vile and unlikable that Clinton could withstand a pretty major scandal and still win.

No election has ever been more over than this one. You can tell yourself otherwise all you want, I don't really care, but just know it's totally over. Few have ever been in a hole this big, nobody has dug out of one.

7 days from now is the last debate. That alone will provide several days' more grist for the mill. While I wouldn't bet the farm on no Clinton bombshell coming, the fact that Trump/Breitbart et al are already resorting to fake news stories, doctored leaks and emails taken wildly out of context tells me that they've fired their best shots already.

 
Trump's a POS but it's hilarious how quickly stories are believed about him but every single story about Clinton is presumed false unless she's convicted of something in court or someone has it on video tape.  Even then, the story gets spun into a misunderstanding.
