I understand, and I'd love to have you, but you'd be getting a 40/60 split with a guy several levels higher. Of course there are always casualties and its possible you could end starting as early as next season. But I can only guarantee ~30 plays. Good luck to you.

Just bumping in case anyone is interested. Preferably in the 20s, and you will make plenty of money next year, our current 4 WRs all split the catches pretty evenly and you will be replacing one of them who is retiring.Also looking for a 5th LB, will see plenty of time on the field.

You and Rectum Ripper would be a nice 1-2 punch in the line. I just started turning RR into a NT so I dont know which of us has more into D-Gen, but we can look at that if you decide to give us a shot for a season. We can do a 1 year contract and I'll even help with your 24 equipment if you need it.

The Cinderella Story of USA AAA #1 just pulled off their second upset of the playoffs as the #8 seed to advance to the Conference championship.
I'm discussing with the owner whether he wants mercenaries or not, but if you want a shot at a USA AAA Conference title and perhaps a league title we're almost there. Let me know.

What's the rule on returning to a team? You have to wait 20 days or something? I'm assuming the offseason doesn't reset that?I have a Lvl 24 (few days short of 25) guard and a Lvl 23 corner who aren't busy right now, but need to get back for next season. Also have a Lvl 20 TE who could be released with no restrictions.

Why unfortunately? I think the hired gun stuff is pretty weak. 20 days doesn't even seem long enough to deter it in my opinion.
Unfortunate because FBG have to stick together and DIsco Stu would have helped Drifter.As far as GLB rules yeah it was needed, and 20 days is a half of season thats a long time in game time, 10 games.

Now that I think about it, the CB may be available anyway. He was going to get "called up" Day 1 of next season. Can't see that it would hurt playing for another team in the meantime.Found your team, looks like you could use the help there. I'll see if I can get him released if you guys want to borrow him.

The Milwaukee Free for All is, at this time, looking for:
1. 2 WRs. I'd prefer these players be level 16 day 1 of next season at minimum... depending on skill they will be the #4 & 5 WRs and play special teams, but if they are good enough they could move up the depth chart.
2. a #5 LB. same thing here, at least level 16 day 1 of next season.
3. possibly a CB/S who is willing to play ST and be the #5 CB and #3 SS & FS...
Also, we would be open to replacements for any player that is mine (backup RB, one starting OG, one starting OT, backup OT, starting NT, backup DT/NT, starting SS) if talent is comparable... Let me know if you are interested. The only exception is at P, I have no intention of getting rid of Hanger Long, but would be ok with retiring any of my other players.
We might be looking for some other things (you never know what will happen in the off-season), so if you're interested in coming to the FFA, those spots are definately open, but we might have more.

If your contract expires I don't think there is a 20 day wait. Only if a player is volutarily lost by the owner (trade or drop) is there a wait. I had a player who accidentally expired and I signed him back a day later.
So hired guns who have expiring contracts can be signed on right now for contracts that expire on day 40 and then return to their existing team. I think it is bush, but when it happened to me last year I brought it up in the forums and nothing was done about it, so I made arrangements to be able to do the same thing this season.
