Also, the girl I went out with last friday that Im really interested in as in New York right now messaged me and we are going to go out next Saturday night, and also try to do somthing tuesday if she gets out of work in time since I have a softball game out by her. Although an overly harsh assessment from Furley, I know a little bit of what you are getting at with your post. I think Woz has yet to discover his own game (I could be wrong). Thing to always consider: Who are the girls that are most likely going to be into you. What situations and scenarios are you good/bad in. Knowing your own confidence level. it's honest. fiancee gets upset with me at times for being too harsh... but after a while she gets over it and realizes (her admission) that i was right and she needs to have thicker skin. in the end all i'm trying to do is help her.maybe it's the product of growing up with guys in my family and guy friends. 
men tend to be tougher on each other. none of my friends pull punches but i don't take it personally.difference between thick and think skin i guess.taking beating after beating after beating because he is sharing embarrassing details about his personal life... particularly as it relates to women... can't be helping the confidence. it just can't.this thread is sort of a mixed bag. on one hand he's doing the right thing.. throwing himself in to the fire and trying to pick up new chicks but, like with AMBO, it's just embarrassing to watch the (seemingly) inevitable ugly failures.sometimes when you're trying to build confidence and success.. it's best to ignore the failures completely... learn from them, yes, but don't talk about them and dwell on it.i know woz thinks i'm crazy and hate him but that only developed after the 13th "my life is a failure, i suck" thread where he ignored good advice from dozens of FBGs, continued to plow forward with blinders on and then played the "i just don't understand why my life sucks so much". it was like he had everyone on ignore and was writing tortured, embarrasing notes, in his personal journal.

Well agree on the AMBO comment for sure. Some other good points as well. Just a little harsh for my style. I really think Woz has potential, I've seen his pics (He should be able to land hotties). In regards to what you're saying, I do think a little self-deprication is good sometimes and FBG was my outlet for that. In real life I'm pretty calm and very self-confident. I've had a recent string of tough breaks/poor choices/whatever you want to label them. Also, it wasn't like I wasn't listening to you guys - I just thought, with reason, that a lot of you guys were wrong and I had to learn it myself on a few things.

but to say you're one guy in the real world but the total opposite on the internet (both being honest portrayals somehow and there is no shtick involved) is unpossible.
all this negativity and flaying of yourself is really really bad for your confidence and self-esteem. i'm not saying don't listen to any doubt/doubters but you kinda gotta be blissfully ignorant of the flaws.
but to say you're one guy in the real world but the total opposite on the internet (both being honest portrayals somehow and there is no shtick involved) is unpossible.

Woo-hoo, I have a date tonite so I should be bypassing Woz and sending him to the cellar. Of course she is supposed to call with the time so this celebration may be short lived.But as for self-deprecation, both dates lined up for the weekend called and cancelled. Guess Woz is going to be alone and in bitter mode all day.

There's a fine line between "self-deprecating" and "whiny." You are usually on the wrong side of it.so you do hate meit's not harsh.Although an overly harsh assessment from Furley, I know a little bit of what you are getting at with your post. I think Woz has yet to discover his own game (I could be wrong). Thing to always consider: Who are the girls that are most likely going to be into you. What situations and scenarios are you good/bad in. Knowing your own confidence level. What is your game/angle/strength....use it to your advantage. imo....to do well with the ladies, you need to have a good grasp of the 4 things above.you remind me of the Kids in the Hall skit with Bruce McCulloch and Kevin McDonald. McCulloch is this short guy with a bad attitude, McDonald is his friend playing devil on the shoulder encouraging him.McCulloch walks in to a bar with buddy in tow... throws his drink in the face of a guy the size of a grizzly bear and challenges him to a fight. all the while buddy is encouraging him to do it.so they take it outside... McCulloch rushes the grizzly who stands there arm outstretched, fist clenched, and crashes face first in to the punch. his buddy encourages him to get up and try again... repeat scene ad nauseum, include crowd yelling for him to stay down, until the grizzly finally picks him up and throws him OVER the building. grizzly and friends walk away laughing at the little guy. after a few seconds of laughter you hear a shriek/battle cry as McCulloch charges the grizzly once more and takes yet another brutal punch in the face and goes down.cut to another skit, 30 seconds, cut back to the bar.... grizzly and friends are laughing.. re-enacting the beating... McCulloch re-appears looking like he's been run over by a dumptruck annnnnnnnnnd throws another drink in the guy's face.saintfool can probably link the exact skit for better effect.:(i admire your stick-to-it-iveness but there comes a point when you just have to know when to say when. i'm not talking about dating women or trying out the dating service... more power to you... but it's setting yourself up for beating after beating after beating.Idating update:Updated pictures on the undergroundCute Emilie = Girl I've been talking to a lot. On your status: I keep getting stood up, but have a rescheduled date with "cute emilie" this weekend who may come out to a lake party with me. Looking forward to that.
Got a little psycho update though: Was at work party I couldn't attend Friday night because of baseball. Apparently work got "around" and she was asking everyone about me awesome. Then Saturday night my buddies get ahold of my cell and find it funny to text her random crap. Looks like she has an opening.

Okay, update from me on this weekend.
Saturday, I went on the date to Summerfest with that girl I thought was going to be the most interesting. By FAR the best date I've had out of this experience. Automatic click, we had a blast, our first kiss was randomly in the middle of a P!atD song, spent 8 hours together and didn't want to say goodnight. So, a very good deal there.
Sunday, at Woz's "advice" , went out with blonde girl again. Went to a movie, because I just really wanted to see Ratatouille, and we had a good time, goodnight kiss, then she invited me up, so we fooled around for a bit, and I went home (had to work early today).
Going back out with Latina girl this week sometime, if I have time, then blonde girl mentioned she wanted to go out again before her trip. Made a few new connections, so we'll probably schedule those for next week, and of course, I'll go out with Summerfest girl again (probably this weekend--she lives 35 minutes away, which is the downside).
I keep promising pictures, but time seems to be really hard to find lately. Got the internet working properly again at home, so hopefully tonight? Maybe?
Oh, and if you've been following my drama at anoth:e:r site, an interesting side note, but I'll post that there after work.
