So what do we do with these 3 fine FBGs? Still have not paid for the current period. Their escrow was used to fund it. How long do we wait for them to pay up before declaring they are done after this period?

Do we want to set a number at which we activate the slush fund? (At the same time, the more rules we have the more complicated this becomes. Keeping it simple seems like the best idea)All of that being said, I think 200 million is a good point to activate half of the slush fund, saving the 2nd half is case there are not any winners. I could see people wanting to wait for 250 or 300, and I would be good with that as well.

Majority vote will determine when and how many tickets will be purchased using slush funds for large jackpots/other lotteries
So someone will need to make a "motion", and we'll need to get 15 "yea" votes. Remember Powerball is $2 per ticket, so it must be an even number (i.e. can't use half the current slush fund $15)
